What do you like best about the product?
Virtru does a great job at keeping the documents secure. It is easy to use when it is working. I use the toggle button that shows up right at the email you are composing. However, the toggle to turn Virtru doesn’t always show up. It pops into my emails randomly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension for Virtru does not always show up on my email. Then I have to use other avenues to make sure the document is secure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the encryption is very helpful when I need to send secure documents. We need to send client documents regularly and Virtru gives me peace of mind that it is securely being sent.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Virtru Email Encryption because it confidently allows me to send emails that previously had to be faxed due to legal requirements. I find the features like disable forwarding and setting expiration dates particularly useful, in addition to the core encryption function. Also, the initial setup was incredibly simple and straightforward, making it easy to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a recurring problem where my email will initially indicate that it sent, but then get kicked back shortly after with an error message saying it was not sent. This happens both with and without attachments, and there's no consistent pattern that I can see. I think there needs to be some optimization to ensure smoother usage and address these glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru Email Encryption lets me send sensitive information via email that used to require faxing, streamlining my workflow. I rely on its encryption, disable forwarding, and expiration features, but occasionally encounter email delivery issues that need fixing for smoother use.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. The way that it quickly integrates to your gmail account is very intuitive. it works really well, and I have no complaints. The price is great. Support is nice from what i can tell but i haven't used it. it seems to be very intelligent. I haven't used too much of th AI features. Onboarding is quick and fast

I don't really have a dislike other than sometimes it fails to incrypt and I have to redo it.
