AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing uses a contract model with custom pricing across all dimensions. Three dimensions license users by role: DAM Licenses, BrandHub Users, and Marketing Ops Users. You choose the license type that matches how each user works. Five more dimensions are add-ons you layer onto that base. These cover data storage, transfer and AI tagging; API access; connectors for design, CMS and workflow tools; single sign-on; and a custom URL. Every dimension is quoted individually, so you contact the vendor for pricing shaped by your user count, storage needs, and selected add-ons.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What separates the DAM, BrandHub, and Marketing Ops user licenses when I assign seats?
Each license type matches how a user works. DAM users store, tag, find, and share approved assets. BrandHub users manage brand guidelines, templates, and portals. Marketing Ops users run the content workflow from intake briefs and tasks through approval to delivery. You assign the license that fits each person's role.
Does the connectors add-on cover design, CMS, and workflow tools, or do I pay separately for each?
The connectors dimension covers integrations for design applications, content management systems, and workflow automation tools under one add-on line, quoted at custom pricing. Some specialty integrations may carry separate charges. Native integrations with common design and office tools are generally included. Contact the vendor to confirm which connectors your setup needs.
Which factors drive my total cost across these eight dimensions?
Your bill combines user licenses across the three role types with the add-ons you select. User count and license type set the base. Storage, transfer, and AI tagging scale with your data volume. API access, connectors, single sign-on, and a custom URL each add a separate quoted line. All eight dimensions bill together.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that IntelligenceBank reduces the need for back-and-forth emails because everything is in one place. The workflows are properly set up, making it easy to direct tasks to the right people. The workflow tool is very valuable because I can customize what needs to be sent to the right people in the right sections. The approval center is fantastic because I can track everything waiting for my approval, or see where my submissions are in the process. Sending notifications to remind others about due dates is convenient. From an admin perspective, being able to customize everything to suit the business and its specific group is amazing. The whole system just makes life easier, allowing me to avoid searching through emails and easily see feedback and comments. Also, the initial setup was really good with lots of training and available support whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it did become frustrating that there was so much configuration that needed to be done. This was at RACQ, but I guess RACQ's business products are so convoluted because they had different products and so many regulations and governance they had to follow. IntelligenceBank couldn't quite meet all our needs exactly, but they were always easy to deal with and eager to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that IntelligenceBank reduces email back and forth, centralizes workflows, and organizes approvals efficiently. Its workflow tool sends tasks to the right people, and the approval center tracks everything clearly. Overall, it makes my work smoother, allowing me to see feedback and progress easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To enhance user experience, it would be beneficial to streamline the configuration process and offer more tailored solutions to meet specific business needs. Providing additional training resources and support could also help users navigate complex setups more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how IntelligenceBank keeps everything together, providing an overview of what the team is doing. It's neat and easy to use. The AI features are streamlined, and it’s customer-centric, which I appreciate a lot. It helps me sort, store, search, and share approved content, serving as a single source of truth, which is invaluable. Flagging compliance issues before they become a problem, especially in a big four bank where compliance is significant, is absolutely gold. Also, it cuts bottlenecks for review and compliance and assists in catching brand and legal risks. I'm a big fan of these features.

The solution to our version control headache.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the version control and change history feature. I love that every edit of my team's content gets logged and is reversible. Instead of five people guessing which file is current, there's one traceable source of truth. My job would be a nightmare without IntelligenceBanks AI-Powered metadata tool. IB is definitely worth my dollar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The depth of functionality means there's some ramp-up time with getting your head around, but the support team makes onboarding smooth and responds in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The actual problem it solves is that creative/marketing content used to live scattered across drives, inboxes, and personal folders with no way to know which version was final or approved. IntelligenceBank centralized this for me into one place with tracked versions and easy to use metadata tags. I no longer waste time hunting for the right file.
