    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Memfault has shifted my mindset regarding debugging forgotten deployed embedded devices. It helps me collect crash data and performance metrics on my devices without having to make an effort and I can simply observe what is happening in the field.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There is at times a deficiency in its root cause analysis features. This may result in further decisions made in an effort to solve a problem, more of which may be seen in complex problems.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Memfault makes automatic debugging of embedded devices without intervention, deployed in the field, possible, and this is a huge relief for me. The real time data collection enables early intervention prior to problems becoming systemic in the entire organization.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I am now able to resolve problems with ease on the deployed IoT devices in our fleet thanks to Memfault. This means that I can get useful information on the performance of the device through the automatic collection of crash data, user’s metrics, and health information.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    With Memfault, it can be difficult to identify the precise reason that caused an issue in the very first place, all the more so where the problem is multifaceted. Incorporating other similar tools in the Memfault platform would be assistive for a more comprehensive diagnosis.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Memfault helps to avoid data collection from devices that have been put in the field. It is possible to prevent potential problems before they affect the device since I receive real-time information about its status.
