What do you like best about the product?
Memfault has shifted my mindset regarding debugging forgotten deployed embedded devices. It helps me collect crash data and performance metrics on my devices without having to make an effort and I can simply observe what is happening in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is at times a deficiency in its root cause analysis features. This may result in further decisions made in an effort to solve a problem, more of which may be seen in complex problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Memfault makes automatic debugging of embedded devices without intervention, deployed in the field, possible, and this is a huge relief for me. The real time data collection enables early intervention prior to problems becoming systemic in the entire organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I am now able to resolve problems with ease on the deployed IoT devices in our fleet thanks to Memfault. This means that I can get useful information on the performance of the device through the automatic collection of crash data, user’s metrics, and health information.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Memfault, it can be difficult to identify the precise reason that caused an issue in the very first place, all the more so where the problem is multifaceted. Incorporating other similar tools in the Memfault platform would be assistive for a more comprehensive diagnosis.

Memfault helps to avoid data collection from devices that have been put in the field. It is possible to prevent potential problems before they affect the device since I receive real-time information about its status.

What do you like best about the product?
Memfault is like a black box for my growing smartwatch collection. It can actively capture the crash logs as soon as any watch hitches, and it identifies the source of the problem line by line. I can notice and rectify issues that may arise, effectively before they reach the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I require getting deeper into the live state of the specific device. A little finer level of control over the remote debugging sessions would be wonderful. The debugging features are somewhat restrictive when compared to its capabilities, specifically those for remote debugging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Memfault, I have completely changed the way I approach managing a fleet of smartwatches. Before, fixing a faulty wrist watch was to physically take the gadget back. Now, Memfault flags problems and then solves them online, which makes users pleased and speeds up the process.

all IoT devices improved performance with their functionality always correctly, I like the good support they have because thanks to them everything could be configured correctly

the prices can be high but it is worth paying for its good service

IoT devices used to be unconfigured and did not have a continuous system of good functionality and security now they do

It has provided a very stable supervision of all connected devices, having visibility of the status solving problems in time for an error to be generated, updates are faster to do when everything is connected

At the beginning it was a long learning process where I learned a lot but it also gave me headaches, I still feel that it is a good platform

I can't say something that bothers me because all its use has been prosperous and easy to operate, which has allowed all devices to be monitored without any failure.

Its SDK is excellent and allows you to perfectly monitor each device and validate errors, very easy access and always does a good job
