Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You subscribe to the Procurement AI Co-Pilot based on your monthly volume of active purchase orders (POs). Five tiers set the price by PO band: up to 500, 501 to 1,000, 1,001 to 2,000, 2,001 to 5,000, and above 5,000 POs per month. You pick the tier that matches your expected volume, and pricing rises as you move into a band that covers more POs. All tiers deliver the same automation for requisition creation, approvals, and PO dispatch; only the covered volume differs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as an active PO for billing each month?
An active purchase order is one being processed in the co-pilot during that month. The co-pilot generates POs from approved requisitions, dispatches them to vendors, and closes them. Your monthly count of these in-process POs determines which subscription tier applies to your billing.
If my monthly PO volume grows past my tier, does the next tier apply automatically?
Your price is set by the PO band you subscribe to. If your monthly volume moves into a range covered by another band, you select the tier matching your expected volume. Each tier covers a full PO range, so pricing reflects the band you choose, not per-PO overage.
Does the subscription limit how many users can access the co-pilot?
No. Pricing is driven only by your monthly active PO volume, not by users. You get unlimited user access with no per-seat licensing, so teams can collaborate without changing your tier or cost.
