All tiers cover the same Payments AI Co-Pilot capabilities, including unlimited user access with no per-seat charge. As your payment volume grows, you move into the tier that fits your usage.

A payment is a single processed disbursement to a vendor. The Co-Pilot handles ACH transfers, checks, wire transfers, credit cards, and digital wallets. Each transaction counts as one payment. Partial payments are supported, so each processed installment counts toward your yearly total.
Each tier covers a set annual payment range. If your volume moves past your tier's cap, you fall into the tier matching your actual volume. Above 50,000 payments, billing switches to a per-payment charge, so cost scales with each additional payment processed.
No. Pricing is driven only by your annual payment volume, not user count. You get unlimited user access with no per-seat licensing. Adding staff, approvers, or collaborators does not change your tier or cost. Only the yearly payment count determines which tier applies.
