What do you like best about the product?
I use Drata to review and sign off on company policies, ensuring compliance readiness and supporting audit processes by keeping documentation and acknowledgements centralized and traceable. It helps our company stay organized and prepared for audits by providing clear records of policy acceptance and compliance activity. Drata removes the manual overhead of tracking compliance and acknowledgments, storing everything in one centralized system. Specifically, it reduces admin work for me around signing policies, clearly indicates what still needs attention, and prevents missed acknowledgment. It's straightforward, with clear reminders and required actions to ensure nothing is missed during audits or internal checks. I also appreciate that Drata connects with other platforms, like Microsoft SSO and iHASCO, which greatly reduces the need to manually sync data. Overall, I'm glad we have it.

The built in policy editor is a bit limited and doe snot make it easy to add corporate branding.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Drata because it helps me standardize policies in areas like data use and direct control, which is really crucial for my work with my tech lawyer. I find it fun to work with, and it's very helpful in ensuring that our policies are up to date. My team and the cybersecurity architecture team use it to understand how the technology framework is evolving. The initial setup was great and very smooth, without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing that could be improved is having scheduled data control measures fortnightly or a timeline that we could set. That would generally help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata standardizes tech policies, helps manage technology architecture, and keeps policies up to date, benefiting my team and the cybersecurity architecture team.
