    Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    Tealium Customer Data Hub makes it easy to unify customer data from multiple sources into a single, real-time profile. The ability to manage data flows, apply rules, and trigger actions across marketing, analytics, and personalization tools from one central platform is incredibly valuable. I especially like its flexibility in integrating with a wide range of systems, strong data governance features, and the real-time decision-making capabilities that help deliver more relevant, timely experiences to customers.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While powerful, the initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for organizations without dedicated technical resources. Some integrations require custom work or ongoing maintenance to function optimally. The interface, although feature-rich, can feel overwhelming for new users, and additional in-platform guidance or templates for common use cases would make onboarding faster. Pricing may also be a consideration for smaller teams.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

    Everything was useful, I did not find any difficulty in using Tealium. It made my work easy and helped push the growth of the company in an upward direction
