I appreciate that the Tealium Customer Data Hub has significantly helped us automate workflows, saving time that we can redirect to client engagement and better managing customer flows. What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup and integration with different platforms and CRM to be quite difficult. This was especially challenging because I hadn't worked with a platform like this before, and many aspects weren't very intuitive. The learning curve was steep, and it took some time to get used to using it. Additionally, I would prefer if the platform were more user-friendly, so less time would be spent on integration at the beginning. Enabling more actions to be done using Enter rather than clicking would also improve usability.

Ability to communicate with teams, get tagging related information in one place and easy for FE teams to create analytics tags for them to view customer activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less customization and less features. Maybe more ability for customization and less flows from one screen to another. Faster response time and no latency would be awesome.

Faster tagging and analytics has helped us build more informed decisions and allowed teams to community better with teams outside the country working in a different time zone.
