    Acumatica Support is available to Partners via the Partner Portal case system, phone and live chat. While Acumatica requires all partners to provide support to their own clients, Acumatica can assist end users on a case by case basis but requires the partner to be the point of contact and actively present in all sessions and communication dialogs with end users. Acumatica assigns every inbound case a Severity and has established response time goals based on the case Severity.

    There is not something specific I can think of now.

    With easy access and approvals on your mobile and attachments, easy to work with.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how everything is related or linked together. I can always follow the "breadcrumb" trail and find what I need. A sales order tells the entire story, from shipment, to invoice, to supplier bill, and so on. It's fantastic to have a cloud-based ERP where our entire company can access information easily. Acumatica is just what we needed to scale and grow our business.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    At this point in our implementation (less than a year on Acumatica), I don't really have any downsides to list. Having a data driven system has forced our company and our employees to be better stewards of our data input. Sometimes Acumatica can feel rigid to get new customers or items created - but rather, it's a blessing in disguise because it forces us to set things up correctly the first time.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are able to extract real-time data in ways we never have before. Reporting is light years ahead of what we had previously. We have already eliminated the use of paper documents since we can attach files to nearly everything within the system. Best of all, all our employees can access the system and get the information they need quickly!

    What do you like best about the product?
    Banking is easy. Love the auto-match. Nice to store files.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Pretty bad that you have to define "Sales" and "AR Aging" to get a standard report. Bolt on's for Quality and Shipping are horrible.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Standard costing is easier to update. Nice to have everything in one place.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I have used many small accounting and larger ERP systems. None work like Acumatica. When I said this system was written to run in the cloud - I really mean it. You can tell the company worked hard with industry experts to plan, design, and then program a software solution. This is not legacy software attempting to run in the cloud.

    You can import and export from any system screen. Most common user screens have the ability with one click like sales order but for power users you can easily hit any screen/table you want.

    I required very fancy customer discounts. This was the only system that could handle it.

    I have over 100k SKUs and 50k bins. The system didn't complain. No user screens started to choke either.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I originally purchased a perpetual license many years ago. Unfortunately, those are no longer offered. My annual maintenance price has not changed each year which was a pleasant surprise. This year I was forced to upgrade to the latest version or I would get penalized 25% each month. It was in the middle of our busy season and nobody wanted to go through a major upgrade that could cause issues. I can understand support not wanting to help if we are on an old version but to force us to upgrade or fine us harshly is just down right abuse from a vendor. If that practice doesn't stop then I can see people leaving.

    Don't try hosting this software on a virtual server. It will not perform well. Make sure you get a dedicated server. Also don't use the MySQL database. The only one that works is the MSSQL.

    It has saved many labor hours. We actually cut back on staffing.
