The Coca-Cola Company (Coca-Cola) is one of the largest beverage manufacturers and distributors in the world. With over 200 brands in hundreds of countries, Coca-Cola wanted a single view of all its consumer data to support marketing for all its brands across all countries. Coca-Cola engaged Amazon Web Services (AWS) and
AWS Professional Services—which is used by organizations to achieve their desired business outcomes using AWS to create the global Consumer Data Service (CDS 2.0) solution. Coca-Cola’s marketing technology (MarTech) and advertising technology (AdTech) teams used the solution to create a consistent, consumer data-driven marketing strategy across the company, accelerate innovation, and enhance the experience of customers and end consumers worldwide.
