Pricing overview
Quick Suite customers pay per-user subscriptions, consumption charges for data stored in their Quick Index, and a monthly infrastructure fee per account.
User subscriptions
Amazon Quick Suite offers two user subscription plans:
Professional ($20/user/month): Includes key capabilities across Quick Suite for all business users - including access to chat agents, spaces, Quick Sight, Quick Research, and Quick Flows
Enterprise ($40/user/month): Includes access to all the capabilities in Professional Tier along with advanced functionality such as the ability to author automations in Quick Automate and dashboards in Quick Sight.
Advanced agentic capabilities like Quick Flows, Quick Automate, and Quick Research are measured by ‘agent hours’ based on the amount of time they take to run. Each subscription includes sufficient agent hours to cover typical usage. Enterprise subscribers can continue using these capabilities beyond included entitlements using a pay-as-you-go model at a nominal rate.

Agent hours
What are agent hours? Time used by AI features in Quick Research, Quick Flows, and Quick Automate.
Monthly allowances:
- Professional subscribers: 2 hours each for Flows + 2 hours for Research (4 hours total)
- Enterprise subscribers: 4 hours for Automate test/validate and Flows + 4 hours for Research (8 hours total)
- $3 per agent hour
- Professional users can upgrade to Enterprise for more included hours
- Enterprise users pay extra for additional usage in 5-minute chunks, with rates varying by agent type and runtime
Quick Index charges
Accounts receive 50MB of Quick Index storage (approximately 5,000 documents) and are charged $1/MB/month for storage above 50MB. Additional multimedia processing is charged at $0.003/image, $0.006/min for audio and $0.05/min for video.
Infrastructure fee
Accounts are charged a flat $250 per account per month infrastructure fee for underlying AI infrastructure that powers the Quick Suite experience.

Quick Suite offers a free trial option for new customers for 30-days free subscription and infrastructure fee for up to 25 users per account.
Optional BI capabilities for Quick Sight
SPICE: SPICE (super-fast, parallel, in-memory calculation engine) is an optional component of Quick Sight business intelligence capability which is a data store engineered to scale automatically and provide fast consistent performance for thousands of users and datasets for up to billions of rows, saving time and money. Customers who elect to enable SPICE are charged $0.38/GB/month.
Pixel-perfect Reports: For Quick Sight business intelligence capability users that like to create and share highly formatted, multi-page reports and schedule data exports at scale, Pixel-perfect Reports are available for $1/report unit/month. There is a minimum of 500 report units per month.
Alerts and anomaly detection: Quick Sight supports threshold-based or automatic (ML–powered anomaly detection) alerts that inform you of important changes in your data. Alerts are priced based on metrics evaluated.
