ONNIT, a Unilever consumer packaged goods brand in the health and wellness space, relies heavily on customer-facing digital content for its marketing. However, it faced challenges with finding and sharing its digital assets because they were spread across multiple sources (both physical and virtual), teams, and locations. ONNIT’s teams lost valuable time searching for, creating, and even duplicating content. Additionally, a lack of version control made maintaining brand compliance difficult. To centralize and organize its digital assets, ONNIT used the digital asset management (DAM) solution built by AWS Consumer Goods Competency Partner  Tenovos, making content easily accessible to stakeholders and gaining efficiencies in content discoverability, reuse, creation, approval, and distribution. Opportunity | ONNIT was not content with ssset findability

ONNIT—a health and wellness organization with over a million website visitors every month—relies heavily on digital content to reach its audience. However, ONNIT’s creative, marketing, brand, and sales teams found it challenging to discover and access relevant content when they needed it. This was because ONNIT’s digital assets were spread across over 40 hard drives and a scattered Google Drive system. The lack of findability resulted in duplicated assets, empty folders, and constant content-related requests. Additionally, with users creating and manipulating assets locally, it was challenging to implement version control and maintain brand compliance. The significant time and resources lost led to frustrated and overwhelmed teams, and ONNIT began looking for a better solution to manage its digital content.
