Interactive extended reality
The media and television industry is adapting to major shifts in business models driven by changing audience viewing habits. As extended reality (XR) technology advances, broadcasters can create new revenue streams by offering entertainment and live sports experiences optimized for the latest wearable headsets and smart glasses. These experiences include real-time statistics, multiple camera angles, player insights, and 3D overlays that viewers can enjoy while maintaining awareness of their surroundings. In this demo, we'll show how AWS Partners Accedo and Stats Perform, powered by AWS, enhance viewer engagement. Accedo's XR platform delivers immersive content, while Stats Perform's Opta AI Studio provides real-time data, AI-generated graphics, and access to comprehensive sports statistics.
