Contextual ad break detection and new ad formats for live sports
Publishers have challenges automating production operations for identification and scheduling ad break opportunities for linear and personalized non-intrusive ads, including for live sports events. Advertisers are looking at increasing ad fulfillment opportunities to increase revenue. This demo showcases how advertising opportunities can be identified by analyzing video telemetry signals leveraging generative AI and AWS Elemental MediaTailor services. Once identified, and featuring AWS Partner InTheGame in this demo, advertising can then be delivered via shoppable, linear, and non-linear ad formats for large scale live sporting events. The shoppable integration helps media publishers monetize their video content, leveraging generative AI and integrations with e-commerce shopping stores.
