Experience the Future of Media

Discover why Media and Entertainment (M&E) companies - like BBC, Sky Sports+, and Formula 1 -  trust AWS’s unmatched portfolio of M&E services and solutions, largest network of M&E partners, and industry-leading foundation models for generative AI and agentic AI applications to speed up how they create content, reduce costs as they connect workflows, and maximize the value of their content to captivate audiences. At IBC 2025, we are demonstrating the technologies and top use cases that are shaping the future of the M&E industry across our booth in Hall 5, in our ancillary events, as well as in the Future in Tech Hall where the AWS and NVIDIA Innovation Stage will host over 25 sessions delivered by AWS Partners, AWS customers, and AWS experts!

AWS Booth

In the AWS Booth (Hall 5, Booth 5.C90), we are showcasing how our services and solutions are fueling innovation across the M&E industry through three overarching categories: Create Content, Connect Workflows, and Captivate Audiences. Within these categories, we will bring together over 40 demos to show how innovations from AWS are addressing our customers’ most pressing use cases. Demos spotlighting Generative AI and Multi-Channel Monetization will be featured across each category, along with a standalone Generative AI Zone, Builder Zone, and an Audio/Podcast Suite.

Discover how generative AI and agentic AI are reimagining M&E workloads. We will have over 30 generative AI demonstrations in the booth that show practical M&E use cases using AWS's generative AI services like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Nova foundation models, partner models like those from TwelveLabs, and solutions including Media2Cloud and MediaLake on AWS. This will include the latest ways M&E companies can leverage AI agents to introduce more engaging experiences, streamline operations, and enhance advertising and monetization opportunities.

AWS will showcase for the first time, a forward-looking, multi-organization news production demo alongside Reuters, BBC News, Sky News, and CNN—featuring live feeds from UK Parliament using the the open-source Cloud Native Agile Production (CNAP) framework. This demonstration shows how news can be produced and shared collaboratively across organizations in real time, with no file transfers or duplicated storage. Additionally, for the first time, we will show how a Time-Addressable Media Store (TAMS) can be integrated with Amazon Bedrock and TwelveLabs’ video understanding models to create embeddings of news content in real-time.

Learn how AWS is helping customers implement more engaging features for audiences of streaming content. Demos will showcase how AWS enables platform operators to extend beyond basic personalization methods by providing customized content discovery, deep insights on specific intellectual property (IP) or teams, and deliver hyper-personalized experiences for audiences.

Talk through technical challenges and chat with our experts on building featured services to solve M&E challenges with key offerings, including: AWS Elemental Media Services, Amazon CloudFront, AWS storage/Amazon S3, Amazon Connect, generative AI teams from Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q, and Digital Sovereignty at AWS – and learn how AWS European Sovereign Cloud can help support data residency, data sovereignty, encryption, and resilience.

Elemental Media Services 10-year Anniversary

At IBC 2025, AWS will spotlight how the AWS Elemental Media Services portfolio has helped companies adapt to previous shifts in the entertainment world, by celebrating the 10-year anniversary of acquisition of Elemental by AWS. Founded in Portland, Oregon in 2006, Elemental pioneered software-based solutions for multi-screen content delivery and powered many of the world’s most innovative app-delivered video offerings and services. Since the acquisition in 2015, AWS Elemental has launched 6 new cloud-based services for the M&E industry, released hundreds of features, and been part of some of the biggest moments in the M&E industry. Let's celebrate!
