What do you like best about the product?
InsideView was the first tool I learned how to use when I stepped into my role. I like that it is very basic, user friendly and simple to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
After I got comfortable with InsideView I started to realize that basic does not make your job easier to complete. When searching for an organization it was a 50/50 chance that it would come up. If it did, another 50/50 that it had employees listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to solve the problem of not having company demographics and revenue. It benefited because it was an easy go to instead of having to search on the web.
Great tool for generating new leads
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has accurate and updated information on executives that I need to contact. I like how InsideView integrates with Salesforce;
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really that I dislike about using InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to make connections within companies with little to no resistance from "gate keepers". InsideView is a great tool for anyone in sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio allows me to save what triggers I search for. Easily replicating across the other accounts I support. Talk about plug and play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't truly dislike anything. Maybe the abundance of information sometimes you have to sift through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sometimes get too many emails, but that is my own fault for setting up the alerts. I have 100% been better at finding new reasons to connect with my prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When breaking down barriers with accounts. Use the reports and speak in generalities. You will gain credibility as you share what is valuable to the account.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce is what i love most and how it helps different businesses on easy targeting of perfect buyers and also on discovering some new markets.
InsideView allow user to simply update the running accounts, as well as new accounts importation and the records updating flows very nice with InsideView.
The tool enables the user on easy building of exporting lists, nice targeting ability and the technical support team is very active.

No problem at all. InsideView is the easiest platform to set up, even to the new users and quickly start doing good things with the product.

Effective targeting, leading us to the best insights and easy accessing updated information through the software.

Very functional targeting tool for getting the right business insight, easy customers data quality management and very easy system to use.
Very informative tool especially the Family Tree information that is provided.

A lot of the contact information is not up to date

The ability to locate subsidiaries and pertinent info that pertains to an organization. InsideView is a benefit in locating organizations, there locations, subsidiaries and recent news information.

What do you like best about the product?
Whatever project I'm trying to tackle around our account alignment and hierarchy, InsideView has recommendations based on what they've seen before. Whether we're trying to sell to specific BU's within one company or trying to determine the hierarchy of our go-to-market accounts internationally, we have ways to cut up the data to get us pointed in the right direction. When we had an issue with some account data not refreshing properly, the support team followed up every day and set up a call to walk through the issue in greater detail so they could provide the best recommendation to fix the issue. Prompt and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to export the data from the IV platform when a refresh has completed instead of needing a different product to be able to complete that. The records already exist in our system and the refreshed data was pushed to our system, so being able to export those updates that were made for review would be an ideal situation to provide feedback to my team on how to more accurately categorize data within certain fields we use for targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updated and validated account and contact data has been able to keep our system as up-to-date as possible, and is refreshed on an automated schedule. Being able to adjust the match score has also helped us fill in more data across the database so we can broaden our outreach.

Having to provide a lot of data in order for organizations to show up on the report.

I love Insideview as it is a support for companies to ensure revenue growth by training business leaders to discover new markets, mentioning that it has a very useful function, which is that it keeps the news updated on most of the companies, taking into account that these are the main clients of this software, highlighting that it has acquired a list of contacts within the company to facilitate work and ensure success.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the bandwidth of the search facility can be delayed, presenting a dire and intolerable situation, especially when it comes to business lines, since in addition to the same way they are difficult to choose, a choice of the type of Toggling would be easier, It would be a great scalable improvement when we turn to the software, in some cases the information can sometimes be false or inaccurate, giving little confidence when such failure occurs.

Insideview is used to a large extent in the company and more when we refer to our marketing and digital sales departments, as this software offers us relevant information about our clients, more than anything we use it to know what to offer our powerful users to securing a purchase by these people, ensuring that our revenue grows in a successful and incredible way, mentioning that this news feed allows us to track specific companies or verticals that we target and allows our team to connect with these organizations faster.

Insideview is ideal for conducting background investigations on the companies you are primarily targeting, mentioning that it also provides an additional way to obtain individualized contact information for each of these organizations, in order to know how to reach the needs that this establishment or customer needs, since its multiple amounts of highly detailed information of any company, facilitates the flow of sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use as it has a semaless flow. Customer support and training ara amazing. The database gets regularly updated and you get relevant notifications about the accounts we follow. Whenever we point out any data error, it is immediately resolved with a response. The data quality is excellent at an affordable subscription without any hidden fee. We got an intensive training and every clarification was well answered and online help and tutorials are professionally designed. Detailed updates about each account is well captured and very systematically documented. Even a new user is able to effectively use because of the well structured design architecture. Our licenses are used by our sales professionals who are very satsified with the lead details available in InsideView. Another important factor, I consider best with InsideView is their continued support and effort to answer customer queries and concerns aparat from resolving issues and upgrading the data quality on a daily basis. Another useful feature is about the feature to connect the LinkedIn profiles and group them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. Some LinkedIn profiles are not properly hyperlinked which they need to attend.The database could be ridher for Europe and APAC region. Many companies have more details about sales and marketing people and could better have more info about enginnering contacts. More number of direct and mobile numbers would help mpre. Above all, I get frustrated when a direct number or email does not work. This reflects poor accuracy of some mail IDs and numbers. Many a time, I have observed that different mail ID fromats are given for the same company which is very confusing. It would help if such minor errors are rectified
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for B2B sales lead generation across all regions. Our inside sales representatives use for company lists across all regions. We also use it for grouping and linking our LinkedIn connects with the leads generated through InsideView.
