Everything you need to be an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how easy the user interface was to master, and how with just a search and a click of a button all the information I needed on a company was on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an ability to connect more social media platforms, however, it is nice being able to connect facebook and twitter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am researching prospects a lot faster and easier than before, and I was able to find accurate and reliable information.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives really up to date news that helps in relating to prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on what options you select, the presented information and articles can get convoluted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates information on companies, which saves time when searching for relative information regarding certain employees.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView had a lot of information about the companies that I was researching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think that they were anything that I disliked about using InsideView
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to get more information on the companies on my watchlist and I got more information about their current state and where I can pitch my product to cater to their needs

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Demandbase is the ease of use. I can get all the account/ campaign information I need without the need to consult the media agency on how to navigate the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to get more insights on account/ client activity/journey from the ads to landing in our page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights from Demandbase have helped us realize the important topics that interest the companies that we are targeting. Because of that, we have been able to tweak/ align our messaging to those interest points and create better engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that one should really avail of the training services so that you would have a full understanding of the use of the tool. The more in depth the training, the better. It is also best to work with your Media Agency if you have in getting the insights from the tool. On our end, we also use Adobe Analytics to determine the campaign performance on our landing pages. This way, we have a full picture of the client/ user journey and we can better make business/ advertising decisions based on the outcome of the customer journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Google Analytics lets me as a marketer see which industries visit what pages, and what specific companies visit targeted pages.
Intent data shows what companies are doing off of our site to show interest (visiting other websites with the same keywords we market to).

What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much interesting data, that it can be easy to get lost in the information. I need to constantly remind myself that the software helps make determinations for you with its scoring, instead of trying to track it in my head :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell to very specific industries, for the most part, but we have a lot of people interested in us, because our technologies are sexy and innovative. Demanbase helps us cut through the clutter and junk traffic, and also target those businesses that are actually in market by providing us daily insights into who is looking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It really is a base for created a full account based marketing plan, aptly named. It's great for driving Demand. Get by off from your Sales and Marketing orgs and alignment, and use this tool as part of greater strategy that you set, and you will see success.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main use case was intent data for existing accounts and building new target account lists. Demandbase is surfacing a lot of data points which really helped us focus on right accounts at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Define your use case first, look at your current marketing tech stack, get sales team and leadership onboard and make sure they are comfortable utilizing it on a daily basis.
Very essential in order to prioritize intent so that your sales org can thrive!

I love how easy it is to navigate and I really enjoy all of the insight it provides.

I wish it was easier to add more accounts to it and change territories.

The problems I have solved with it has been identifying topics that are being researched in order to give me more insight as a seller. The benefits are that I can prioritize my accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently in limbo due to the acquisition of Engagio - the new platform syncs well with Salesforce, but we can't get our platform integrated into Salesforce because of the issues they've had migrating to DemandbaseOne. Currently on Demandbase Classic and struggling with the idea of installing the older version on Salesforce because our reps need that visibility.
With Demandbase Classic, I'd love the ability to customize field mapping between DB and SFDC so we can get an accurate representation of our ROI in the ABM Analytics section.

We've made headway into getting in front of our strategic accounts because of Demandbase.

What do you like best about the product?
Daily insights delivered to inbox on relevant and timely business triggers. Highly accurate account data with broad coverage. Private connections network with your colleagues to enable warm intros.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... InsideView is hands-down the best at account-based data. For B2B marketers and sellers with account-based focus, it's 5 stars. On the flip side historically they have not been as focused on contact and direct dial phone # data, but that's changing as they're investing there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting sellers to be more sophisticated with their outreach. All the relevant business drivers are there to help them align to and sell. We use it together with InsideView Apex, which for executives and marketers provides us with intelligent targeting using AI modeling of our best accounts. The target accounts are then dynamically loaded/refreshed in Salesforce so our sellers don't miss a beat!

What do you like best about the product?
When we work with InsideView, they are always extremely helpful, courteous and ultra responsive. I love working with the team at InsideView! In addition to working with the team the product is stellar, providing top notch data and integrations. They're constantly improving the experience making it an invaluable tool for both me and the companies I work with.

Sometimes the tool can be a little clunky, but they're constantly making improvements so it's easy for me to overlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually go to InsideView for sales and marketing intelligence and data integrity. Their data is highly reliable making it reliable for our teams to use. Additionally, the staff at InsideView is extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever we have questions or need support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can't go wrong with the team at Insideview. They're insightful, and always helpful. I always feel like when we work together, it's like working with friends.
