What do you like best about the product?
THe ability to identify companies browsing our website before they even contact us
What do you dislike about the product?
there is only a 25% of overall traffic identified and there is quite a percentage of the identied ones that aren't really looking for hiring our services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DB is solving the problem of not being able to identify companies on active searches before they even contact us, which give us the opportunity to contact them in very early stages of their search and so broaden the chances of engage them

Excellent ease of integration, implementation, and smooth, seamless customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to understand, especially when looking at company data, which makes decision-making easier. My favorite part of Demandbase One is being able to see which products each company has installed. This is especially useful when working on takeout campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a demo of the book without having to speak to a sales team. I also felt that information about niche technologies or markets was left out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company-level data, including installed base information, is very useful. I like the precision with which I can filter opportunities in the opportunity generator and the depth with which I can analyze specific accounts in the company profiles.
Platform plus media user
What do you like best about the product?
The integration and ability to pull in other sources or channels. The customer support has gotten us to the next level. really invested in us.
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest it is hard to know how powerful it is until you really turn on the customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting our media spend to salesforce leads. really working to increase efficiency of the spend by account based tactics but also see if we can increase velocity in the pipeline.
Robust tool that offers a wealth of information
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the service allow us to refine our search, this data allows us to optimize our reach. The ease of navigation is a great advantage, I love the variety of features it offers. The tool provides access to a huge amount of data. It also features automatic segmentation of ideal clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters for employee numbers are very outdated, and sometimes incorrect media investment figures are reported. I would like to see more detailed metrics included in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with vital information about organizational changes and has served as a fundamental resources for staying up-do-date on strategies. The prospecting data is easy to filter and our contact information is easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Demandbase because its clean, simple design and visuals make it easy to learn the platform, and it integrates with a wide variety of systems and tools. I also like that it helps me find potential customers within my accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say about this tool. Throughout my time with it, it has allowed me to avoid uncompromised accounts, saving me a lot of time and money, and it provides us with many filters to explore the data in depth.

As a new business quota manager, Demandbase helps me focus my sales efforts on actively engaged, intent-driven accounts and those showing specific activity.

Pretty good: easy to use and adds more context to the lead

The tools are easy to use, allowing you to seamlessly navigate through the data sets. I like the ability to quickly find customer contact information. The app's interface is very intuitive and accurate, allowing you to search for contact information based on locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some people are unable to send emails, I would like to seen an option to report if the data is incorrect.

It helps me find any email address I need, this has been exceptionally helpful our sales team. I make sure to check the latest updates, it makes building an email prospect list very easy.
Incredibly easy to use and the results are accurate

The integrations are very interesting once you need them, it's an intuitive and highly efficient solution. I like their built-in advanced search system, they have the ability to export leads directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact information isn't valid. I'd love to see more precise location searches. It would be nice to see some customizable options, sometimes there are limited integrations with certain platform.

This product can gather information based on an address. I'm very impressed with this platform's ability to uncover contacts. It's saved me a lot of time searching for information, I now have a simple and intelligent workflow.
Simple and fairly accurate incorporation

The range of features is impressive, it's been great for organizing my contacts. I like that it pulls up real-time data, the user interface is also attractive. The best part is the perfect combination of high-quality responses, and they have excellent customer service.

The extensive information offered can be overwhelming at first, I'd love to get more data from our lists. Not all emails returned a profile.

It allows us to design highly targeted marketing campaigns, allowing us to reach our potential customers. This feature is incredibly useful for lead generation, it saves you a lot of time finding profiles.
