Great Prospecting Tool for Sales - Demanbase
What do you like best about the product?
I think what I like the best about Demandbase is the ease to navigate to get to useful insights on what prospects are interested in so I can focus prospecting efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I really find the Demandbase tool very effective and a great aid, but would like to see data and contact information to be updated a bit more regularly. That's more than likely the feeds and input into Demandbase from my organization rather than the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see trends and acitivities from top of funnel prospects to tailor my prospecting efforts whcih has helped benefit me in better response rates.

when available it shows prospects in accounts that are interested in topics surrounding the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
If marketing mass emails prospects, they tend to show up as pre MQL when that is not actually the case

finding out accounts that may be interested / ready. Good to see different insights

I like that it points me in a certain direction for my week every Sunday with new reports.

Sometimes I don't know where I should start and where I should end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who to reach out to at a specific time due to touchpoints/hot leads. It's brought me more opportunities and filled my pipeline a bit.
Great tool to filter the funnel
What do you like best about the product?
Love the insights I get on which accounts are most interested in our product. It helps to know where to start when there are so many accounts to go after.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there is something that can be tweaked on our end, but it seems like most of the high scoring leads/accounts are ones that I have already reached out to, which is why they are coming in. It would be great to easily see the organic leads, or at least the leads that have come in through other means than my personal outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it so much easier to target accounts and contacts that have already had some interaction with our site/resources. Instead of shooting in the dark hoping I hit something, I have a better idea of where to prospect. Less cold calls, and more warm or hot calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a large list of accounts to use, this is a very helpful tool. Even if your account list is small, DB gives you the data/analytics to know which accounts will most likely buy your product.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase shows me which contacts at my prospective accounts are engaging with my company and our brand online. It provides detailed insights about which content is particularly popular and how many individuals have engaged with each piece of content over a specific time period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information of the prospect is not provided, but this is usually due to the fact that the contact is not in our CRM.

Demandbase's ABM platform is one of the first things I look at each Monday.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is the ability to see what content prospects are engaging with on the company website, with specific scoring associated with each action.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who does not have administrative access to the platform, when there are changes to sales territory or segementation, that can significantly impact the significance and value of each ABM report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for any salesperson is pipeline generation and finding hot leads in the territory. The platform is great for myself and my SDR/demandgen rep to leverage to get quick insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Develop a strategy to consume the weekly information not only to identify hot leads in your territory, but specific outreach campaigns for the contacts based on the most frequently engaged content.

It's helpful to see engagement with your website and the insights into what what prospects are looking for and reading on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data can be a little off sometimes. There's many times I see engagement on the site and then the prospect has never heard of my company when I speak to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting.
Demandbase makes ABM much easier out-of-the-box.
What do you like best about the product?
With the platform we can do things like automatically kick off an MQL to an outreach sequence for the SDR team, identify anonymous and known accounts, engage with personalization campaigns, and automatically move accounts to the correct personalized ads based on their stage in the journey with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase provides a lot of information out of the box and can be overwhelming for Marketing & Sales. It's important to have a good Sales Enablement plan to ensure adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM has helped us make the buying experience better by looking at what the most common pages or content prospects view and bringing it to them via website personalization or nurture campaigns. We want them to be in control of the buying experience, removing barriers to the content that helps inform buyers. This is all possible with the platform.

I like that the tool is related to Salesforce, very simple to export accounts, contact, he gave you all the information about the company you need.
It's helping a lot in terms of prospecting.

I like being able to filter through the Deman Base data to see specific accounts and account info!

Demand Base can be a little confusing and not very user-friendly.
