What do you like best about the product?
The real-time B2B data and intelligence makes me more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't find a customer profile I'm interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes it is difficult to identify the best prospects but InsideView technographic data helps us a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend InsideView Insights to make you an informed and effective seller.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase provides a lot of training on strategy, along with training on how to use the platform. The user interface is pretty straightforward, and it has solid integrations with Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of reporting available out-of-the-box, but I wish it were a little more easily customized to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We replaced a different ABM tool with Demandbase because Demandbase has more robust features that better suit our needs. I really like the Demandbase helps to define where an account is on their buying journey - we align the Demandbase lifecycle stages to our own lifecycle stages inside Marketo and SFDC. This has helped us to create more effective nurture campaigns and to provide Sales with better insight on prospective leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The data and insights we can display very quickly and easily. Gives sales reps a visual of their accounts and ability to plan their strategy to approach their accounts. Notifications based on filter lists that will give them immediate info on engaged contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many capabilities, it gets overwhelming. Some best practices on how to leverage would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have a comprehensive view and ability to deep-dive for the Markeitng team to be able to plan what kind of strategy they should build for the type of accounts available. Allow Marketers ability to build logic and also be provided which accounts are most engaged based on scoring. This was all handled through Demandbase.

What do you like best about the product?
Predictive analytics is grouped together in the platform, almost something that would help to save time by working on sales based analytics work for analytics and insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe more data science capabilites in the tool would be even better

Building out different audiences, looking to see on the segments and how sales opportunities arise.

What do you like best about the product?
syncs with pardot and SF. i like the site analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
IT IS SOOO SLOW. half the reports and dashboards never ever load. Also, i would like to have folders in the report section as this is where i lives. dislike when it shows someone sitting on a page, then it shows them 1000x as a page view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) the slowlness 2.) report never loading
1.) inights on website traffic 2.) pardot engagment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speed up the platform. Slowest CRM I've ever used. Support is super annoying, following up everyday if you don't respond asap

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that they have a qualification score and engagement minutes. It really helps to make key decisions. This really brings the whole Abm Strategy into perspective and puts things together wonderfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I really didn't like it coz it was too much work. But now once everything is in place it works beautifully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a targeted approach and definitely achieved it.

What do you like best about the product?
I get a very specific direction on the interests and important topics of my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall very good, navigation could approve.

I figure out in real-time where to focus my prospecting efforts. Better and more concise prospecting and a higher ratio of appointments.

A Fantastic Way to Gain Insight!

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is awesome for gaining insight your accounts! It's nice to be able to see what your potential prospects are digging into. They say a lot of the selection process is done before even speaking with a representative, so being able to see what they are interested in is definitely a leg up to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is overall is a great system for gaining insight, but sometimes isn't able to gather all the information needed. Insight still provided, but specifics not there at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to solve the issue of learning in real time what our prospects are interested in. This way, if we decide to reach out to them we are able to discuss what they may already be interested in instead of wasting time doing the discovery. It gives us more firepower in conversations and allows us to be much more precise. Less cold calling a little more warm calling.

It's a very good solution for sales teams looking to start their focused account-based prospecting. It's an intuitive platform to use.
