What do you like best about the product?
I love how it shows who wants my product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. I really and truly love it. I'm unsure what engagement minutes are though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves for me is knowing who is engaging and wanting to speak with me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using demand base for just under a year now. It has a chrome extension, slack extension. Just so easy and helpful to allow me to see intends quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website could be a little more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First is where, who to spend time prospecting to. Then who in my deals are involved that I may not be aware of.

The insight into our audience, the ability to create new audiences based on buyer behaviour and attributes
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing about the platform itself but I'd like to have the integrations to our other systems in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to identify accounts to target in the large business space. It helps us to priortise our focus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ensure you have the sales and marketing alignment and internal buy in before embarking on using a tool like this. But once this is in place, it's fantastic.

InsideView is one of the essential tools for any business as it helps companies keep themselves updated about their prospects and customers. Plus, Inside view seamlessly integrates with your CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, etc. It's a one-stop solution for getting all the essential information about the prospect/customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you might get overwhelmed with all the information you receive from Insideview. Proper streamlining of the data is critical, and your marketing team can help you with that task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intelligent information is key to any business to understand their prospects and customers. Insideview provides you with that information that helps companies to have a meaningful conversation and have long-term business relationships.

Accuracy in data provided by insideview, the company's revenue is the best part of insideview also the email address and mobile number is also helpful to target the customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding more filters will be really helpful to identify the right company and right contact more easily. Also needs user friendly integration for the internal tool.

Identify the best customers and targeting the company with the right product and services

What do you like best about the product?
Inviewview can be suitable for industry classification for internal usage. It has good company information and report which are helpful to sales. Company profile is a good feature available there. Its company-related insights can be integrated with CRM and sales can consume it directly there. Various addons of the platform are helpful to decide how you want to consume the data from the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can have more macro, market intel reports as well. Sector-related insights reports are not there to use much. Its integration team can be better streamlined; it takes time to complete the CRM integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get company reports, analyst forecast reports from the platform. Its industry classification helps us define companies to divide between segments and help determine sales territories.

It is a good platform to use for company-related information

I have found nothing so far that is missing from the platform and am happy with all the features and insights!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create dynamic audiences throughout the campaign is a huge part why we love DemandBase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a challenge from time-to-time. Much easier to pull in SFDC than Demandbase currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeting our 1:few accounts is a huge part why we chose DB.

What do you like best about the product?
What's best about Demandbase is it's ability to tell me which accounts are most likely to purchase as well as their engagement. Best is it's ability to at times provide me specific names of people that were accessing our resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, however, its capabilities are limited. While it shows you names of certain engaged individuals sometimes it doesn't always and in a large organization only knowing that the account is engaged without individual names limits your ability to target specific individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase allows me to reach out to the right accounts and the right people that are most likely to give me a return on the investment of my time doing outreach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend giving DemandBase a shot.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is easy to use and provides very relevant information for our sales department to use. It is a tool that sheds light on what our prospects are interested in
What do you dislike about the product?
There does not appear to be an easy way to filter out companies that I am not interested in. For example, if there was a way to remove company B from the enagement list and just look at company A, and companies C-Z..that would be awesome

I am solving the problem of trying to learn what the pains and problems of my customers are. Have realized the benefit of being in-tune with the things they are searching
