What do you like best about the product?
InsideView helped our organization to generate revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's an excellent platform. I don't have any cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to increase our marketing database.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the initiative view into who the customers are, information on their titles, competitive data, and ratings of a customer ready to purchase. I have not used other tools to know how it compares. But I can say I like the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to integrations, I have to invest a significant amount of time to get more data from the platform. For example, I can look at accounts that have recently opened up an account with my company. However, access to this data is not as intuitive to access. And because I do not access it often, sometimes I forget how to get to the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of finding my next greenfield customer. The benefits are knowing where to invest my time best. Pursuing greenfield accounts is an important priority.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it is a very effective and capable tool. I would not want this tool taken from my resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The matching capabilities to see how much activity a particular company engaging with our website across a variety of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the platform takes some learning to understand what filters are applied and can get a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see a single view of a company and what pages they have visited. This will allow us to identify which companies are most interested in our offerings and who may be top prospects that we should be talking with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
UI and filters to be more clear what's being filtered out/in could be clearer.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is a fantastic tool to help sales and marketing come together and target the high prioritized accounts and leverage the data that comes with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit overwhelming with all of the bells and whistles the now come with it. Fortunately, they have a great team that makes sure we are using it to the maximum.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What accounts are actually in-market and showing intent. Help prioritize who sales is reaching out to and why. Helps them shape the conversation with the lead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Demandbase is an excellent tool with a lot of capabilities. Can't go wrong with it.

No complaints! The only thing I would change is the interface to be cleaner.

Sourcing high-quality leads to build a pipeline for the sales org. Very helpful from a production standpoint

Platform slow to load and glitchy

What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the old Engagio features, wish they would have enhanced them when moving over to DB1 platform. It's hard to get full use out of things like the journey builder or engagement minutes when you can only have one model for both sales initiatives and marketing advertising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is SO slow to load. The team doesn't like to even try to log in anymore because everything times out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to provide our sales team with more insights into what their key accounts are doing, so far it's been hard to get the data over to that team. Emails get lost in inboxes and can get overwhelming so we tried for the Slack integration, but that didn't pass our security measures so we couldn't use that route. The visual force tab in lightening doesn't show intent or timeline - another glitch issue with the managed package so that route didn't work either. It's been a real struggle to get value out of the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have enjoyed working with the team at DB1, but I can't recommend the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Demand Base stays on top of my leads and keeps me updated with any progress they make through our website or content they download. When I am picking through account to target, this is always one of my leading indicators
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing to dislike about the platform. I get weekly updates for my accounts and it lives within salesforce so I don't know what else I would need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the biggest problem it solves for me is identifying where to spend my time. As someone who reaches out cold to accounts, this helps prioritize what my best chances are based on engagement an account has shown
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say it's a necessary technology for honing in on your most valued accounts and driving value to them. I don't see a world where a company would get by without using a technology like this

What do you like best about the product?
Good overall capabilities for ABM include predictive scoring, intent, engagement and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the platform, it would be good to get visibility in terms of the roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An automated way of executing campaigns for ABM
It brings good structure to the overall ABM execution strategy and process
It makes it easy to track ABM accounts for engagement
Data orchestration capabilities are useful

What do you like best about the product?
I can see insights to who is looking at my companies website, what content they are engaging with for customized outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is some not helpful information, but that may be an error on our companies side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the ability to see which accounts are looking at our emails and outreach by reviewing their engagement levels right after a campaign

The dashboard that finds the most engaged people from your accounts in the last week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disklike is how the links in the weekly digest email dont go directly to the prospect link, but your demandbase homepage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of hot leads not always coming to me via salesforce or marketing, allows me to see activity that isn't visible elsewhere

Use the program, it is a very good way to score some hot leads
