What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase lets us pull data from different platforms and provides a unified view for our teams to prioritize accounts and reach out at the perfect time. The Demandbase team has been instrumental in helping us scale our ABM strategy and achieve sales and marketing alignment. From planning and hosting enablement sessions for our BDRs to helping us integrate with different platforms, the team brings extensive knowledge, passion, and innovative ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to utilize the tool to its fullest potential but look forward to leveraging the orchestration capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all our data and providing real-time insight for our teams to prioritize outreach. Accessing Demandbase reporting and analytics has allowed us to paint a complete picture.

Its great plataform, but the interface is complicated. Need to be more easy to use.

In the momento, I use demand base for linkedin campaigns. I can build a list of accounts for campaigns
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform is great for taking metrics, but very difficult to use. Sometimes very slow. We're having trouble getting others to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is robust - it's full of fantastic reports and visualizations and allows for customization to match our specific buyer's journey and lead scoring process. The ability to integrate with our CRM and marketing automation platforms has been key for efficiency and alignment. We can generate powerful and actionable reports that showcase the value of our marketing efforts and allow us to see real-time opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tech platform, there can be bugs, load time issues, and system outages. So far the support/customer success team is fast to respond and get us back in working order quickly. I would also like to see more solutioning around how intent levels are calculated/reported on, as the relative scale makes it easy to overlook low intent activity. Volume doesn't always equal value with intent, especially for more niche industries like ours. I'd love to be able to drill deeper into intent trends by keyword/account rather than always be tied to keyword sets as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems around reducing the complexity of running personalized ad campaigns without manual effort around list imports/updates. Demandbase makes it easy to manage dynamic target lists straight from our CRM platform (Salesforce). We are also reducing the complexity and maximizing the actionability of reporting through Demandbase's powerful analytics features.

What do you like best about the product?
The Database tab - where we are able to create audiences in different ways for targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creative management & reporting - Wish it was more robust and that we were able to pull creative reporting by campaign and edit creative after they have been uploaded!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching target audience in a more efficient manner, being able to pull different metrics where we are unable to do this on other platforms. Performance has improved quarter over quarter!

What do you like best about the product?
It makes using Salesforce and managing all the leads and data attributed to those leads a lot easier to use. Before DemandBase, not only was it a guessing game as to which accounts we were targeting even had interest but cleaning up those accounts was also a pain that is now being solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of learning involved and making sense of it all, especially when using it with Salesforce. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but if you're not used to this system, it can be a lot and be off-putting at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, being able to consolidate in a way all the data we have in Salesforce and make sense of our accounts is crucial. Time will tell how much more effective we will be, but it's a good start.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm frequently faced with customers that don't even know we exist before helping them understand why our solution is a fit. Finding strong contacts willing to have a conversation is a breeze with the tools and intelligence I have now. With these tools, I'm able to transform industry and even create new industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more ability to suppress searchable filters like job titles upon finding the contacts within the customer profiles I'm searching. There are always more people than I can handle in the results for my ideal customer profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For what I'm looking for, it's even better than Zoom Info! Accessible, fast, and very well-equipped features. I'm driving business where it hasn't previously existed with technologies that most haven't considered incorporating into their workflows. This creates many barriers to strong engagement before getting my first at bat. The tireless research I usually have to do online is all in one place with these tools.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a state-of-the-art solution and gets better every day. Additionally, the Support is best in class.

What do you like best about the product?
We like Demandbase because of it's ease of use without sacrificing the ability to run highly targeted and effective campaigns. We use all aspects of Demandbase for our various clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any notable dislikes with the Demandbase product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen increased lift, improved sales velocity and higher revenue with our clients, as well as improvements in other metrics like time to first meeting, likelihood of meeting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView Insights and Target have been instrumental in helping my sales team find people that they would not otherwise be able to find, use that information to reach out to them and potentially get new sales. It integrates very seamlessly with our CRM system, which makes it even better. The company research and connections are extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't find a person by typing in their email and then having it find the person connected with that email in the greater database, so we can double-check for example, if a lead we got from a person that is using Gmail, is really from P&G, but they did not want to use their P&G email, or it came from LinkedIn, and their personal email is what is attached to the lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding contacts. Networking. Finding new leads. Sorting information that is relevant to the sales team. Getting market information. Being able to help grow leads, contacts, and sales to our partners, which ultimately helps us.

What do you like best about the product?
Attentive and helpful customer service, the platform is easy to navigate and use. Dashboards, reports, and setting-up of things in the platform are seamless. New features in the platform are great

Slow loading times, errors popping up when trying to launch campaigns and am unsure what the error means. Learning curve for some new features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM advertising for clients. Demandbase helps us learn what our target accounts' activities and behavior are. We have found many great insights and analytics into our target accounts. Ability to run different types of campaigns/search different audiences has been very beneficial to us and our clients

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of Demandbase as well as all of the reps on our team. They are quick to respond and always take care of issues with immediacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the platform has run slowly, but after reaching out to the reps this gets resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Based Marketing - a huge benefit is that you can use targeting account list in your campaigns.
