Great Tool for leveraging data
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is third-party data and we can track the intent for our accounts in order to build out meaningful campaigns. There are so many features and ways that the tool can be leveraged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues yet, with Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Demandbase to track the intent of our customers for specific projects. We can identify net new opportunities, build current relationships and use the data from DB to create segmentations.

Definately a great tool for ABM

What do you like best about the product?
Insights into our current customers along with helping to evaluate where our focus should be as an organization in regards to prospecting. The integration with current CRM system for sellers to leverage insights and not have to go into the platform is also an added benefit. Also strong integration between our MarTech platform and CRM Systems have helped to create workflows that assist with our ABM and Account targeting efforts and not having to go to another piece of software in regards to a DSP with is being contained within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall been a good experience - would say some aspects with the DSP platforms on ease of PO management probably is the primary aspect that comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple areas - ABM/Account focus - Understanding Cross-Sell Opportunities within current customers - focused marketing spend on companies fitting our ideal client profile as well as ability to target those $$ within specific areas of organization - sizing potential opportunity statement in geographies, industries, etc.
Robust Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The granular insights and integration with Salesforce allows us to take ABM to the next level. Additionally, I really like the automation features that Demandbase offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information we receive can be very overwhelming. Furthermore, I think there is a lot more opportunity for the advertising platform. I would like to see advance target features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase ABX Cloud allows us to share account activity with internal stakeholders and enable them to take actions based on that information. Demandbase's platform makes this process very easy.

DemandBase is irreplaceable for account based advertising and marketing!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to determine what companies are spending time on our website, where they are spending time and how likely they are to convert. Allowing marketing to build account lists to handoff to sales in a digestable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to build exportable dashboards or reports to prevent having to set up separate accounts for users to be able to view platform dashboards within the DemandBase portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The days of reviewing analytics based on pageviews and users are gone. DemandBase allows us to focus on specific accounts that have spent time on our site or are likely to convert.
DemandBase, the best platform for ABM lead scoring!
What do you like best about the product?
Demand base has a highly advanced integration with Hubspot that allows us to track every interaction that a contact can have with our brand and give them engagement scores. This helps us identify marketing qualified leads and signal high intent for our target accounts list. The custom reporting on DemandBase is exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase does not have as advanced advertising capabilities as some of their competitors but the reporting and lead scoring make up for it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a working marketing funnel up and running. DemandBase helped us
Great product - a little tough to learn and a little slow on updates
What do you like best about the product?
I love Demandbase's analytics and reporting, and ability to pull all ad targeting together across integrations, etc., to reach the best possible audience based on intent and behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow to get updates on ads/personalizations, and it's often slow to get invoices, too. It is a complicated tool that takes a long time to really learn. This is more of a commentary on the difficulty in finding experts in the tool to help with execution vs. an actual commentary on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Demandbase for behavioral/intent analytics as well as for programmatic display advertising. It is a MUCH stronger tool for programmatic display than any other I've used when it comes to targeting and reporting.
Taking our ABM/ABX strategy to new heights!
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase lets us pull data from different platforms and provides a unified view for our teams to prioritize accounts and reach out at the perfect time. The Demandbase team has been instrumental in helping us scale our ABM strategy and achieve sales and marketing alignment. From planning and hosting enablement sessions for our BDRs to helping us integrate with different platforms, the team brings extensive knowledge, passion, and innovative ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to utilize the tool to its fullest potential but look forward to leveraging the orchestration capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating all our data and providing real-time insight for our teams to prioritize outreach. Accessing Demandbase reporting and analytics has allowed us to paint a complete picture.

The insights/metrics are great, i can view engament for my targets

Its great plataform, but the interface is complicated. Need to be more easy to use.

In the momento, I use demand base for linkedin campaigns. I can build a list of accounts for campaigns

The platform is great for taking metrics, but very difficult to use. Sometimes very slow. We're having trouble getting others to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is robust - it's full of fantastic reports and visualizations and allows for customization to match our specific buyer's journey and lead scoring process. The ability to integrate with our CRM and marketing automation platforms has been key for efficiency and alignment. We can generate powerful and actionable reports that showcase the value of our marketing efforts and allow us to see real-time opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tech platform, there can be bugs, load time issues, and system outages. So far the support/customer success team is fast to respond and get us back in working order quickly. I would also like to see more solutioning around how intent levels are calculated/reported on, as the relative scale makes it easy to overlook low intent activity. Volume doesn't always equal value with intent, especially for more niche industries like ours. I'd love to be able to drill deeper into intent trends by keyword/account rather than always be tied to keyword sets as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems around reducing the complexity of running personalized ad campaigns without manual effort around list imports/updates. Demandbase makes it easy to manage dynamic target lists straight from our CRM platform (Salesforce). We are also reducing the complexity and maximizing the actionability of reporting through Demandbase's powerful analytics features.
Demandbase is a strong platform amongst the B2B players - its easier to use and streamline campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The Database tab - where we are able to create audiences in different ways for targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creative management & reporting - Wish it was more robust and that we were able to pull creative reporting by campaign and edit creative after they have been uploaded!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching target audience in a more efficient manner, being able to pull different metrics where we are unable to do this on other platforms. Performance has improved quarter over quarter!
