End-To-End ABM/ABX at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase does a great job of empowering our GTM teams with actionable insights in an easy-to-use all-in-one platform. I love the weekly reports that are sent out to our AEs and SDRs so they can plan their outreach in a strategic way to ensure the RIGHT accounts are being hit with the RIGHT content at the RIGHT time. Our CSMs are great and always ensure we are on the right track. I also love all the enablement and training!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require manual intervention from our CSM team..They are great but it would be awesome to have more self-service options. Also, some of the acquired products still feel like separate products with a bit of a disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
We started off with Demandbase Classic, which made it very easy to work with existing 'wish lists' we'd been keeping in Discover.com and other sources. However, when the platform switched over into Demandbase One, the integrations and insights available really took the value to a new level. Our ability to review a host of different signals withing potential new verticals gave us very specific feedback, nearly instantly helping us make timely decisions about where to put our ad dollars and our sales team's attention. And, the support from the team there is always top rate (a special shout out to Allison Lawrence for keeping everything cooking with gas.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It was intuitive to understand setting up the lists and filters, and having the support team always responsive made it really quite turnkey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, being able to match the value of our product offering with new market segments saved us untold amounts of time, money and stress. The dual decision inputs of Qualification Score with the newly added Pipeline predict scores really help us make decisions.

Really will help you take your campaigns to the next level.

Ability to quickly get useful information and insights about all accounts currently being prospected.

I have no downsides to using Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know have better information as to what content my prospects are engaging with.
Helpful, but not crucial
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the platform *looks* - it has a nice UI and is easy to maneuver. The information is well organized and is easy to comprehend.

What I dislike most about DemandBase is that the info isn't always helpful in the sense that it doesn't often convert to quality leads.

Tracking interest with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, easy navigation and easy to use as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform tends to get slow if your account list is huge. I have been assured that this is getting fixed in the next update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly wanted to track activity of our target accounts on our website. Demandbase helps us there greatly.

What do you like best about the product?
All the data the platform consolidates and how it shows are really good to give us some insights and how to approach customers.
It is easier to start a conversation with your prospects with this info on hand.

What do you dislike about the product?
The App has several bugs, the navigation is not the best one. The App does not allow you to open the links in new tabs, this way you need to change the main page every time losing the filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting! It helps a lot to find "where to fish" in a very assertive way. Because you know what customer and what person to approach based on the topics and page they've been accessing.
It's very helpful and insightful for our company.

I like the intent data. It is very helpful so cold calls aren't so cold.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike there not being contact information. It would be more helpful if Demandbase was more of a one stop shop where I could find contacts as well. But that isn't an issue with demandbase, just something I would like to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to get more data on contacts that may have intent to purchase our products. I can be more productive rather than just call every school in the world.

What do you like best about the product?
DemandBase allows us to get intent data. Moreover, it provides this information including company name. All that being said I believe demand base is a good choise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The range of different intent data as well as the fill rate of some columns could be extended. The accuracy of some data is sometimes questioned and could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems are not being solved by our team. The huge benefit is to get info about potential customers in a timely manner and with personalized massage based on infographic info.

Try it and see how it works for you. It might be definitely worth giving it a try.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase gives me the ability to focus time and efforts on the accounts that are most likely to convert by providing visibility into where my accounts and contacts are in their buying journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be difficult to sort through for a salesperson/ clouded by irrelevant data. Some reports are autogenerated but creating custom reports can be time-consuming and confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase provides additional actionable data outside of relying on form fills only for leads. I'm able to understand what accounts are interested in my offering without them raising their hand.
