What do you like best about the product?
I find that DemandBase is helpful because the data reveal what portion of the website the prospect reviews so I can develop a more personalized talk track. For example, If they are simply viewing the "Help" section, I realize that they may be interested in looking more into systems integration versus the actual product.
What do you dislike about the product?
DemandBase often does not provide the names of the specific contact, leaving me spending a number of minutes combing through the district website in search of the best point of contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an account executive, I can channel qualified leads to my SDR, reducing the need for constant communication with this individual. I find my SDR annoying and unable to adapt 21st Century sales. This helps navigate the process.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase captures and analyzes when my prospects and customers interact with our webstie, emails, whitepapers, and other web content. They put this information into compelling dashboard views in categories that indicate interest levels and liklihood to purchase.
I set it up so I receive reports 2X a week (Sunday afternoon and Wednesday evening) and I look forward to seeing them because it also reflects the outreach efforts of my marketing team, Biz Dev team, and my own outreach.

What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a shortcoming of the Demandbase software, but the data on the anonymous visitors can be frustrating for enterprise sales because there are so many possible buyers / researchers to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps have so many companies to target, Demandbase helps them get started on the ones showing the most interest and intent. Even though some of the data is ambiguous, that represents only a small percentage of all the data and insights.

The interface which is not so intuitive sometimes

Identify the most valuable accounts and know which personaes interacted with our content

Being able to see which accounts have been viewing the webpage and also what they did, i.e. central focus on particular area. Also good to see names of some people

Not very user friendly, I'd like to be able to accounts inlcuding all feedback/activity. But there are features I know I need to do some training on. More info to names or job titles would be useful

Sometimes, see activity from accounts previously spoken to or never spoken to and who weren't on our radar, its a great way to generate new leads and know which companies to target

The most engaged executives section provides good quality contacts

It can be difficult to navigate around. Hard to get a walkthrough from Demandbase Support

Prospecting is much easier. Reaching out to relevant contacts who are actively engaging with our website
Like a radar for finding prospects

Being able to see which accounts are on our website or in the market for our offering, helps us pinpoint who to reach out to. and produce results more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the contact from the account on your website is not within your CRM, then you won't be able to identify which contact from that account was on your site, which can increase difficulty with targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When prospecting, timing is everything and with Demandbase, we are able to take out the guesswork from who to reach out to.

Saving lots of time prospecting. Finding good accounts and being able to bring up relevant topics
Great Demand Gen Tool
What do you like best about the product?
DemandBase makes it easy to target prospects and see prospect activity and Intent. The integration with Salesforce is top notch and easy to use. This can be a great addition to traditional outreach campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be fairly steep for some parts of the tool, but functionality is extremely solid. You can definitely get yourself into trouble depending on how you set up the intent keyword, whether it be too broad or too narrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is filling the gaps between top of the funnel prospects and those that have completed a form fill on our site. We get great insight into new verticals.

There isn't much to not like. Would need to dig deeper

The intent and score provided. Is a good start point to initiate an outreach.

Better tracking of how is showing intent. Better cookies and tags so the info can be actionable in a faster and more convenient way.

Good tool to understand potential clients intent signals and behavior around your marketing and information assets.

It is a great business intelligence and intent tracker for your Sales team. Also can see a good fit for marketing campaigns and tracking that into demand generation.
