The best intent and ABM targeting platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love pretty much everything about Demandbase One. The ability to target at the account level and the analytics sections to allow you to report on engagement at both the account and individual level (if they are know) are truly spectacular! We have seen great success using DB1 for our ABM programs and we haven't even unlocked the full power of the platform yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting functionality across objects (from campaigns to accounts) could be better, however, our account team is so stellar that any suggestion I make is taken seriously, discussed and if appropriate added to their product road map. Could not ask for better support!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging target accounts and driving them to our site and content after we have made them aware of Unanet.

Quick and easy to launch campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simply it is to launch a campaign in Demandbase, the platform layout is clear to understand and the actual campaign setup process takes no more that 5 - 10 minutes once you're done with training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times where the website is going really slow, but at least our DB reps are always quick to help us and they jump to action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM campaigns, account list setup, keyword list setup. Major benefits for all of these here especially account list setup as you can easily upload a list and apply it to a campaign immediately after. and you can update them! this is key for many of our campaigns.
DemandBase is a great platform and a great team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how various settings are and how fast and smooth everything works. The team is very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advertising tab doesn't show campaigns unless you check "watched by ..." box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase helps with up sales and cross sales for our existing audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drill down into both account and even contact level journey engagement data. DB1 allows users to understand the full user experience with one's brand from their first involvement with your efforts throughout when an opp is closed/won.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more customizability with engagement data in different trend charts to compare year over year data directly in the interface. The only way to do this now is by extracting data now and building out in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem DB's ABM tool solves is providing an enterprise with engagement/intent data to help curate a content strategy for outbound and inbound efforts.

Ensure that your business goals support making this type of investment before you do!

You need to spent a lot time to learn about this tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase has helped us scale our marketing efforts. They help us segment our customers, as well as identify accounts that are successful at generating engagement. We also use the personalization tool to personalize the website by segment and stage. This has increased conversion on our homepage as well as increased time on the website by over 250%.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase provides current news updates and information about a specific company on your watchlist when created. It helps a user be able to follow what the company's interests and issues are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my watchlist search, 30% of my company list was not accessible by this program. It would be best to indicate the specific reason why it cannot be accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating my own watchlist helps me track specific companies of my own interests. Being able to filter specific interests in your search for a particular company, helps time management.

The daily emails sharing activity & account highlights. It's how I start my day every day.

It's not as intuitive as I'd like it to be. I needed way more training than what I received.

Narrowing down my most promising accounts and knowing who is engaging with our content when.

I love the morning and weekly updates. They help me spark engagement and innovation in my workflow and keep me up to date on contacts I may not have previously considered.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the general layout of DemandBase to be confusing. It is difficult to navigate to and from accounts and then get back to the main page. I would like a more seamless and simplified interface.

The problems I am solving with Demandbase are quickly and effectively engaging our most desired contacts regardless of the bandwidth our team has. We are able to extend ourselves more easily.
