Pipeline predict is my favorite part of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not provide names for who is looking. up the info.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the custom reports we have built out, I am able to find prospects easily based on my account territory
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the wording and trying to understand the language when someone interacts with the site
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to accounts that are interacting with our site, but have not yet inbounded, it makes a BDRs like much easier

What do you like best about the product?
The personalization of Demandbase. I like that I can go into an individual account/contact and actually target people according to that, not just a wider data base.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it does not really have a great call-to-action feature in my eyes. I have had less actually getting the meetings and more just spreading awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is personalizing the messaging. Like i previously mentioned, demandbase allows us to target individuals which we value a lot and have found is the main benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
How it shows potential clients/prospects who might be interested in my software.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it shows where the prospected is located vs where the company HQ is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see who might be interested and key words they might be searching that are applicable to my software. This helps navigate conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it. There is very good intent that helps prospecting efforts easier and you can see who might potentially be interested in your product.

engagement reports are good ways to figure out who, what, and what areas of a company is engaging your with your material

The reports are extremely difficult to create

What do you like best about the product?
The quick visibility into accounts of mine that have expressed interest or viewed or website allows for me to prioritize my prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to work with, but I put that to the lack of training I received from my team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Eliminating wasted time prospecting for cold leads when now I have warmer leads to target
- More productive

The amount of detailed info available is great.

I tend to get lost once I'm in the dashboard. I'm not able to use it to it's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see what my prospects are searching for has helped a great deal in my outreach.

Algorithm needs work

What do you like best about the product?
I like the concept behind it, I like that I could add a person and flag outdated information
What do you dislike about the product?
I was trying to find an individual with a very common name in the company people tab, which was still 168 pages. I had to page through them and the algorithm deactivated my account for suspicious activity. Evidently, the algorithm thinks paging through a lot of pages to find what you are looking for is "suspicious activity."
Several times, I entered a person's name and there were no results or only a few results who were not that person. Then, I would search for their company in the people tab, and they would be there.

If it is up to me, Demandbase will likely not get used. I will find an alternative, instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to find several people's LinkedIn profiles. I also flagged a few because they no longer worked where Demandbase listed them working. They had left several years ago.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Executive, the levels of insights available to me are really important as I prospect for new business - whether its in an existing account or a net new account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really would like to see who it is that is searching, without them needing to self-identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights help confirm interest within an account. I've used it to help establish rapport and bring value to my partnership with a vendor that I want to work closely with.
