Not user friendly for sales
What do you like best about the product?
Website traffic is helpful when it works
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is clunky for sales. Not intuitive. The predictive piece doesn't seem to work. Rarely does anyone in sales use it. No training. Wesbite traffic piece doesn't work often. Sometimes the system just goes down.

its slow and difficult to use at times. Things do not load properly sometimes

Users need a lot of training to use properly but once trained, Demanbase can be extemely useful

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter all our leads by categories and the funnel view, that helps us to make better decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing filters might be challenging at the beginning of the user journey. But once you learn it, it's easy to do. I would improve this first-time user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track the leads and visitors of my website that visited a specific page or opened a specific email. That's great because our team can make better decisions based on the chart Demandbase show us. Also, we can see the conversion of each action in real time.

Most helpful about demandbase is getting to know the system and being able to customize the page to my liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disklike about Demandbase ABM is that all the functions could be a little overwhelming that it can feel a bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i'm finding that aligning my accounts is much an easier and faster effect to market to them.

Worthwhile for targeted prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it reinforces whether an account is likely/ unlikely based on current engagement. Helps me to prioritise where to go after. Data-driven prospecting is 100% the way forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I don't have my filters set up as well as I should, I haven't seen much enablement since my initial onboarding to the platform so I feel I can probably get more out of it but need to look into it a little more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realised that I used to spend a lot of time doing outreach that wasn't as targeted and wasn't as prioritised as I could do. With DemandBase, I can prioritise accounts to really focus efforts and hit target at end of the month, while nurturing and warming up the less likely accounts in the background.

Seeing current activity from all the accounts in my territory

The GDPR info when someone isnt in salesforce they show up anonymous in demandbase and it can be frustrating

Powerful platform that enables both Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can build dynamic lists based on intent data (in addition to just uploading target accounts). Being able to provide our sales team access to near real-time user activity is incredibly powerful to their prospecting, cross-selling, and up-selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Demandbase's understanding of which accounts has visited your site does not reflect the form conversions matched back to that activity. It will also be great when they have the Microsoft Dynamics integration ready.

We're empowering our sales team with data for better response rates, and warming up accounts that are then being hit with targeting outreach campaigns. As promised - we are using Demandbase for better Marketing and Sales alignment.

I like that a report is sent to me regularly, with great info!

Sometimes, Demandbase is slow at identifying my accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many features in the platform, it can be overwhelming. Luckily Demandbase's customer success team is amazing! Jonathan is super organized and has made onboarding a breeze. Unlike other platforms, the intent data is keyword-based so you're not limited to selecting phrases from a list of topics. The slack alerts for our sales team have been game-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Display ads are tough to get conversions from, and Demandbase's native advertising platform is no exception. These ads are definitely more for branding or influencing over creating MQLs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alerting sales teams of engaged accounts and marketing specifically to our ideal customers are the two main problems we solve with Demandbase. The email snapshots are useful.

Great solution for ABM management
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect Demandbase to multiple other systems - we can pull data in from a variety of sources to build dynamic and up to date lists to use for our ABM efforts across channels
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor things I wish it could do, like supporting more than one series of stages in the Account Journey Builder, that way you could have separate journeys built for different segments (specifically for something like when building them out for customers vs prospects)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined marketing efforts across channels. We can deliver consistent messaging to our end users and measure the impact that it has, where previously these efforts would exist in silos. It's much easier to collaborate.
