The in-depth data on all the touch points from prospects has been super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see what prospects and companies are searching for and how much time they are spending on those searches
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see more prospects on my dashboard and exactly who is searching for what
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in sales so being able to see what companies are looking for helps me with my talk tracks
Internally I am already an advocate for this tool, sales, marketing and C-levels see the value!
What do you like best about the product?
Targeting accounts that are actually interested in our service, personalization, and easy monitoring. Our Account Manager Sarah is a blessing she's basically part of our team and always helping me find solutions to the next crazy idea I want to try.
What do you dislike about the product?
Educating others to use the tool, it's pretty scary and you see a lot of resistance but the more they play around with the tool the more they understand. Personalization tool could be opened a little more to offer a easier update!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ABM is ACTUALLY in action, it's measurable and brings the right audience to our site. Personalization can be made easy, with this tool we are able to target and personalize the audience's entire experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't half-ass this tool and its implementation, take full advantage of the support and training. Ensure your entire team is attending appropriate meetings and training requirements, it will make the tool more powerful and your team more successful.
DEMANDBASE is a Beast
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see which prospects are interacting with our company is much more beneficial than other platforms that only indicate the company, not prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only qualm that I have with Demandbase is that it sometimes will show surging interest for companies/prospects that are already in a sales cycle i.e. somebody has a 30 minute discovery call with us and demandbase says they spent 30 minutes interacting with us. This is true but it's not helpful for prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to identify any and all surging interest in my account base and more times than not, I'm able to see exactly what they were interacting with on our website.

The data is easy to filter through and I find it to be accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike or am challenged with.

Demandbase has helped me target businesses that are seeking technology solutions I can help with.

This is a tool you will find most effective if you use it daily.
The right tool to track and monitor the best leads and increase engagement rates!!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the features that let you filter your leads based on the level of engagement, and Demand Base is so smart that it even gives you the number of minutes/hours the person has spent on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still some challenges identifying the correct person that was visiting your site, but that is a common issue that does not depend solely on the platform, and an example is if you do not accept cookies, it will be very difficult to identify who is on the other side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I1m able to target my resources to the right companies based on engagement levels collected on the Demand base platform to decide what will be my GoTo Market strategy.

If you think that ABM is your GTM strategy,you need to incorporate Demandbase in your portfolio

What do you like best about the product?
Really helpful for when I am prospecting and gathering data on clients. I like weekly reports that summarize my data and I like the ability to edit reports easiliy

Contact info is pulled from salesforce, would prefer Linkedin or zoom info

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like best about Demandbase include:
- Ease of use: The platform is easy to use and has a great interface vs competitors
- DB intent data: Demandbase has a huge database of intent keywords but also allows you to connect with Bombora and other 3rd party intent vendors
- Ad targeting performance: Compared to several other ABM platforms that I have used, Demandbase gives you a better ROI than others in the market.
- Ease of use: The platform is easy to use and has a great interface vs competitors
- DB intent data: Demandbase has a huge database of intent keywords but also allows you to connect with Bombora and other 3rd party intent vendors
- Ad targeting performance: Compared to several other ABM platforms that I have used, Demandbase gives you a better ROI than others in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the engagement metrics would sync and show in SFDC. For ABM, engagement with display ads and other tactics is an important metric to look at and right now the reporting is very manual for the ad targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run very custom 1:1 ads on Demandbase so being able to target individual accounts and provide brand awareness and "air cover" for my sales team, is great!
Where in your customer journey are your target accounts?
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to check which accounts are more likely to talk to sales and where they are standing in your customer journey. Which pages are they visiting? Which keywords are they looking for? How's been the engagement in the last week? All questions you can answer with DB.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Sometimes it can be kind of slow, but makes sense given the amount of data DB processes. Always worked well for me. Would love to be able to have more granular data in terms of dates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see which accounts are in which stage of the customer journey and identify those more likely to be willing to talk with sales.
Demandbase ABM/ABX is a valuable tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool allows me to see who is looking at my products and where they have interest, being able to see what interest a client has and how much time they spend on our website in a specific category allows me to target that customers interest and drive revenue growth in their account!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it more if the tool could always provide specific user information and emails so that I know who is doing the looking enabling me to pinpoint their role in the company to utilize their interest to drive sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am uncovering opportunities where needs are unrealized to drive sales with current and potential customers. this tool allows me to see where customers need help.
