Great prospecting tool to help Reps be more targeted during pipeline generation activities.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple account scoring system provided that integrates into SFDC for reporing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot that you can do within Demandbase, sometimes you need help or additional training to get everything you need out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my pipeline generation efforts on track with customers who are researching our speace.

Activity minutes and heatmaps are a great way to view things at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was integration with salesnav/zoominfo/other prospecting tools as a way to find people outside of our CRM.

it's a great way to track activity, and to prospect new accounts

Easy to use dashboard and easy to configure weekly or daily reminders.

Great Platform to See Marketing ROI
What do you like best about the product?
We can see the impact our marketing campaigns are having on revenue and which types of campaigns or content work best to engage our named accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports isn't super easy. It could have a more user-friendly interface, especially when going back and forth between Basic and Advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track marketing investments and see impact pretty quickly, for both engagement and financial return. This enables us to choose which future campaigns to invest more or less into to increase impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest time in training, work with Customer Success to set up reports, and ask lots of questions.
Demandbase ABX Cloud is a Game-changer for our Sales and Marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
The Demandbasebase ABX cloud is a powerful and feature-packed platform that cements our marketing and sales partnership. Because the ABX Cloud combines data from each major piece of our marketing technology stack, from first-party data that is in SFDC and Marketo, to buying intent, propensity modeling, pipeline position tracking and makes all of that data actionable across the majority of our digital channels. The best part of all of this is the user interface - the platform offers powerful pre-built and fully customizable, fully featured reports, dashboards, email digests, rollups, summaries, heatmaps, timeline charts, all drillable and inspectible from list to account to person to activity level. There really is no platform like the ABX cloud that integrates and delivers cross-channel full funnel data like Demandbase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the massive amount of data the platform is working with, some functions can be a bit slow. Particularly activity reports that are considering a large amount of contacts/leads/accounts and their associated activities over a long period of time can take a long time to load. This has been greatly improved since the team moved our tenant on to better servers, but it is definitely still possible to bite off more than the system can chew. TBH this is more of a user error/training issue than a platform problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using the ABX cloud to increase our average deal size, increase the number of sales opportunities we have with larger companies, and enable our sales and marketing organizations with real-time information into our target accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you start getting demos for an ABX cloud solution, you should be very clear about what you need to do to be successful. Make a list of must-haves in the platform and push those must-haves with the vendors.
Valuable insights, although not intuitive to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the insights it gives me about highly engaged people through Outreach, shows me what they're looking for and researching in order to have a better quality conversation with them if I do get a hold of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the platform seems like it's not straightforward. I find myself constantly searching for ways to look up individual accounts and people. Filtering is difficult and constantly restarts so it's not always clear who's accounts are being shown to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's showing me what companies are researching. Through Outreach I can only see engagement through the emails I have previously sent, but DemandBase can show a greater history for each account and what they are looking for by including keywords they are constantly using.

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting and dashboards are useful and easy to analyze. They are customizable and make it useful for all our sales and marketing teams. We can identify and follow up with the best opportunities for our business growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the dashboards appear in daily emails and how the links in notifications do not take you directly to the report. I also have found that the platform has some tech issues in login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our team's ability to identify Top Tier leads and then track what is influencing them in the consumer journey. Then, we are able to attribute various marketing tactics to a deal. It is benefiting our data set so we have the key insights to know what is working.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that demandbase will compile data based on the activities of the prospect to give the insights to users on whether this person/company is worth pursuing based on their intent/engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is a little clunky and can be more streamlined so that it will be easier for new users to get the hang of it. Otherwise I think there's not much to dislike
