Top Notch - ABM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I think the customer service is the best, its pretty on par w/the platform itself! There's tons of different options and features to chose from which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of ways to get to the same place, they could simplify the platform a bit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us target our top accounts w/personalized ads, drive rich insights to PDT/sales w/ABX cloud and drive velocity (movement of accounts down funnel).

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud is its seamless interaction with "wish lists" that we maintain on Discover.com and elsewhere. The available connectors and insights have significantly increased the platform's value since we deployed Demandbase Classic. This has enabled us to make well-informed decisions regarding where to invest our advertising budget and concentrate sales efforts due to the extensive information provided by examining several signals inside potential new verticals. In addition, the crew provides excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that only aesthetic alterations to the language are permitted. Also, I wouldn't say I like that Demandbase lacks a JS API, which means that if you need to modify dynamic or interactive elements on a complex website, you will need to build your script. Finally, depending on what you want to do with Demandbase, you may need to establish your API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase's account-based marketing and advertising platform provide valuable information that can help identify the best leads, even those who don't submit any lead forms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Demandbase is that it helps me identify potential customers and partners based on website visitors. It's allowed me to target new prospects with even a tiny amount of interest that I wouldn't have otherwise identified. It also enables SDRs to remember chances before they even reach out. Using Demandbase has allowed me to make my outreach to clients more relevant to their needs by providing valuable data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud is that you have to log in daily, which can be a hassle. The portal also takes a while to load, which can interfere with productivity. Additionally, the eligibility standards need to be determined manually, and it can be challenging to know which areas to merge, given all the first-party data options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud is an excellent tool for keeping track of account behavior and providing the opportunity to respond accordingly. With this platform, we can quickly notify internal parties about any changes or activity related to an account, ensuring everyone is always on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
what I like best about Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud is that it allows me to see exactly when and what my prospective customers view. This information enhances the efficacy of any outreach message I offer them. If you take the time to learn about someone, you may be more attentive to their emotions and requirements. When there is a lot of chatter on a particular topic, it is time to focus on that aspect of the website and that group inside the organization. You might assume the identity of your target account to do their business and pursue their interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if there were more ways to identify posters so we could engage with them more easily. Additionally, I'd like more options for creating statistics on engagement growth so we can better understand how different markets respond to various prospecting techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Demandbase ABM/ABX Cloud has helped bridge the gap between marketing and sales divisions. The sales department actively uses and appreciates DB data, while marketing is seen as assistive to sales in their pursuit of significant accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
There are both email and social media integrations. Triggers can be created; automated marketing plans are generated that encourage ongoing engagement and exchange of information with the potential customer. Customer demand will control - prospects who replace one proposal for another, pause in their search or leave without taking action trigger specific follow-up actions by sales reps based on rules specified in Engagio’s Playbooks toolset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The client services team devoted a significant amount of time and effort to our rollout; nevertheless, updated and more comprehensive documentation would have sped up the process of resolving several issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I interviewed many consultants and specialists in this field, but they either could not offer similar insight or had a limited technical understanding. I felt confident that Demandbase was the best option to meet our needs for ABM Campaign Management, Reporting & Analytics with their Intent Signal™️ feature built into one tool.
Easy to use & accurate data
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase allows me to accurately compile companies & employees based on specific criteria to filter target companies and employees. The data is always accurate and provides multiple sources to contact the prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really no complaints with Demandbase, it allows us to Sync up with Salesforce so we can import the leads directly into Salesforce. Demandbase is a very handy tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase allows me to find contacts and companies that I would not otherwise have access to. It generates a large amount of leads for myself to target and prospect.

Demandbase does not accept any company or domain on its database.

I appreciate that DB provides me with daily engagement reports through email. The reports include a link that enables users to learn more about the purchasing intentions of target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be intimidating for those who have never used it before, but with the proper instruction and a daily dedication to use it, it quickly becomes a potent piece in their toolbelt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to monitor the condition of all of our accounts in one location now that we've transitioned to account-based marketing.
