What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase process is effortlessly segmented, enabling the breakdown of Total Addressable Market (TAM) by regions or other criteria aligned with Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This segmentation facilitates the swift generation of intent data, providing a prompt evaluation of the next strategic steps.
In the context of ICP, the workflow involves and allows checking intent, configuring multi-channel campaigns with precise messaging, and translating these insights into actionable strategies for the sales team. Demandbase platform is notably comprehensive, catering to both sales and marketing programs, distinguishing itself from other ABM platforms, which is primarily geared towards marketing applications. Moreover, with Demandbase, the existing foundation of orchestration with Account-Based Experience (ABX) facilitates audience creation, allowing seamless integration with various channels to disseminate targeted messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this platform, however if I have to pick one, you have to allow yourself to learn the ins and outs of this platform as it's a complex system. But this is also a positive thing as you can use this software across the whole business to create a great ABX programm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One proves invaluable in our strategic initiatives by providing instant data crucial for making informed marketing decisions. The inclusion of sales intelligence is pivotal, allowing us to identify the ideal buyer persona. With the insights derived from intent data, Sales Relationship Development (SRD) is empowered to initiate outbound conversations and engage in effective social selling, ensuring a targeted and personalized approach. Simultaneously, this methodology empowers the marketing team to deliver the right content at precisely the right time, aligning our efforts with the dynamic needs and interests of our audience. In essence, the synergy of instant data, sales intelligence, and timely content delivery positions us strategically for success in both marketing and sales endeavors.

What do you like best about the product?
When its working, Its really helpful to see who has visited my companys website and specific pages this week. When available, I also get the name and current city of the prospect.
I use it daily, at least twice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that they call their engagement score "minutes" when its not actually minutes based. its not transparent and causes a great deal of confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what the industry is researching and looking for is a big solution that demandbase one solves. this is beneficial because it allows me to anticipate needs and get a jump start on potential inbound leads in a given area or within an account

What do you like best about the product?
As a XDR, I used DemandBase to determine intent in my accounts and strategize with my AE on where we should spend our time. After transitioning to an Associate AE working with our customers, the platform still allows me to learn where to spend my time best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - i don't use several features and sometimes it can be due to the UX
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining where to spend my time and put fires out (by fires I mean sales opportunities)

I really like being able to look at meaningful interactions while filtering out marketing touches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to flip between different lists that I have.

It allows me to take a huge list of accounts and find where there is already interest in my company.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a powerful tool for a sales team to be able to find relevant prospects and be able to see their level of engagement. It's easy to use, easy to implement in the team, easy to integrate with technology, the customer support is great, and has great features. I use it everyday to review hot prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails and phone numbers are not always accurate.

It's helping me see what prospect to reach out to.

What do you like best about the product?
My team leverages Demandbase as a compass or North Star. By surfacing accounts/prospects showing intent (either by web page visits, competitive searches, content downloads, etc.), BDRs can know exactly which accounts they should prioritize & where to spend time with extremely targeted outreach. We are entering an era where mass-blasting spam & templates will soon become obsolete - Demandbase helps sales teams be very intentional with their outreach. The UI is great & Demandbase can act as a "command center" for BDR teams in their day-to-day. The live slack alerts for page visits are genius!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's taken a long time for my org to adopt Demandbase. I think there could have been more customer support or training to get everyone on board. If there was more transparency on what the data means & how it's collected, I think it would be easier to get buy-in from teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps with account prioritization and showing prospect intent/competitive intent. It helps BDR & sales team to prioritize certain accounts & where to spend time on extremely targeted outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It has such a breadth of data to use and explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards aren't optimised to take such a large amount of data and deliver it in the best possible way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to take a holistic look at an entire account vs just looking at leads, contacts or opportunities. This means we're getting much more powerful insights that we can utilise within our salesd and ,arketing asctivities.
