It is very well thought out and designed to adapt to all needs
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, this tool has significantly enhanced the quality of my sales strategy, and its automation features have saved me a considerable amount of time. Running email campaigns is seamless, and it offers all the functionalities that a lead generation team requires. I also appreciate the multi-channel outreach capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if more templates were available, especially for when a prospect clicks. Additionally, I wish the exported data would download instantly, as there can occasionally be a slight delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to schedule more meetings with our potential clients, saving me a lot of time and effort. It's allowed us to optimize our communication efforts, and the improved productivity has helped our team.
Demandbase One Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
It seems like every few months there's new functionality to use/learn about, so the platform has grown along with us on our ABM journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning new functionality does come with a pretty constant learning curve, which can be frustrating, but the platform is usually very intuitive (once a feature is out of beta anyway).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big one is of course the de anonymysation of traffic at the account level, and the ability to personalize experiences based on selected parameters. We sell into a LOT of different industries so our site content is often trying to be everything to everyone and isn't super effective as a result.
Demandbase One has been an insightful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is constantly improving, with new integrations and useful features being added regularly. I appreciate how the platform keeps evolving to meet users' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit confusing to navigate at times, particularly when new areas are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is providing digital display advertising on websites that Google Ads does not advertise on. We are able to specifically target customers and get lots of data on users on our website and blog.
The ABM certification was great. Very tactical and infoformative. It was a framework that I can use.

Buying groups are a great feature and the reporting.

A powerful ABM platform for mature teams — but with a steep learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is one of the most complete ABM platforms in the market. The quality of intent data and the precision in identifying and prioritizing target accounts are impressive. It helps align marketing and sales around the same goals and provides a clear picture of where to focus efforts. I also appreciate how it integrates well with Salesforce and HubSpot, making it easier to operationalize ABM strategies at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel overwhelming at first. It takes time, training, and internal alignment to get the most out of it. The interface is not always intuitive, and setting up dashboards or automations can require technical expertise. Pricing is also on the higher side, which makes it more suitable for enterprise-level teams with dedicated resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps bring focus and alignment between marketing and sales by identifying which accounts are most likely to convert. It solves the challenge of wasted effort on low-intent leads by surfacing the companies that are actively researching or showing buying signals. The platform’s intent data and account insights help us prioritize outreach, personalize campaigns, and measure engagement in a more strategic way. As a result, we’ve been able to improve pipeline quality, shorten sales cycles, and strengthen collaboration across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase can do it all - for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and more. For advertising, it has unsurpassed multinational reach. And our team is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase can do it all! Hah... too much, sometimes. The platform can be a lot to handle with so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our Sales & Marketing organization to be aligned on data and speak the same language with an account-centric approach.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to integrate my tools and simply navigate through the platform. It is easy to use, and the staff is even easier to work with. I hope other tools can follow their lead on effectiveness and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to come up with something I dislike… With technology there are always gaps with time to roll out, but have not experienced anything significant.

We access Demandbase via our paid media agency, Mediahub. What I appreciate most about the platform is the intent and engagement data it provides for our key accounts.

Currently, we are using a very simplified version, but we are interested in expanding its use cases for our team.
