What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's feature rich, there's a learning curve for admins and users, which has made adoption a challenge.
Lots of data that's potentially actionable to sales/marketing, but requires analysis to determine. This can be overwhelming to sales, and lead to no actions.

Increased visibility to activity among target accounts enables more timely and relevant outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is where our team starts their day with a cup of coffee. By the time they are done with a cup of coffee they have insights into what accounts and even what prospects they should be contacting that have been showing intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
IF you don't configure notifications properly they can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase took out a lot of the guess work for our team when prospecting accounts. The team is far more productive and setting more high quality meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team is able to easily manage campaigns in different regions of the world all in the same instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Greatly wish that it was capable of creating parent-child account associations.

We feel like we have much more control over our display campaigns that we did with past agencies managing them.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase has allowed me to build a full attribution, prioritisation and campaign structure, using company identification and scoring model to help move prospects down the funnel.
I use Demandbase daily and have it at the forefront of demand generation, it also allows sales to get a deeper understanding of their target accounts and prioritise and capture intent and activity quickly and outreach effectively.
it is easy to use for our sales and marketing team, and the implementation was simple from the tool's perspective. Their customer support team (especially Arbie & Kerry) are fantastic and are always on hand to help and support.

Integration with Hubspot is in its infancy and therefore is not as defined at the moment as I would like it. Although the integration is easy to set up.

Demandbase is solving several problems:
- Allowing to tell the qualitative story of marketing attribution through account activity.
- Allowing develop an additional touchpoint through its DSP advertising
- Using SIC we can prospect better and pull data into our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and superuser for business development activities!

Nothing, the platform is just perfect and reliable.

3/4-baked intent platform, right sometimes, but lots of false positives
What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing the people using keywords that match with my company and finding the companies that I can target. This increases my chances of finding someone in a buying cycle. It easily connects to Salesforce and my company's software
What do you dislike about the product?
I find many people who's servers are opening emails, but the person isn't. Sometimes, "net new" people are actually already being worked by someone in my company and I wish I could effectively filter those people out so I don't double up on outreach. Because of that, I only use it 1 time a week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to guage which people an accounts are in the market for my software. This lets me focus on propsects that are more likely to buy

Slack integration is great - and it's a very comprehensive platform.

Very comprehensive to the point where it's a bit overkill and difficult to navicate.

Intent based data to ensure the most ideal ABM motions forward across sales and marketing.
Robust platform with a seamless user interface
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is visually appealing and simple to navigate. I enjoy the ability to upload multiple static lists and then create a master dynamic list that changes based on custom selectors. The reporting data is also very detailed and allows you to export everything into Excel. By keeping multiple campaigns under one umbrella label, it is very easy to generate metrics over a custom set time period. The ability to user keyword intent data is also an essential feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove specific countries from a campaign. You can do this, but it requires a workaround in which you go back and only choose all the countries you'd like to include (rather than simply removing one country from a Global campaign).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is allowing us to execute Account-based Marketing campaigns and reach target accounts with relevant advertising. The ability to upload account lists and then build keyword intent provides us with the means to reach contacts who are actively searching for our solutions. This provides a targeted approach, with the budget allocated to the companies that will resonate most with our content. Through Demadnbase analytics, we can see the accounts that have increased engagement and page views on our website after being served ads.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature with Demandbase is being able to track IP addresses for the prospects who doesn't have names, being able to see the location and cross-referencing this with Sales Navigator and persona to find the ideal person doing research.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest thing I don't like about Demandbase is sometimes the data is skewed on what was looked at from an asset level or even hitting the site is not always accurate.

Demandbase is helping solve and track account level data to help me dictate which accounts I should prioritize over others
