Great Orquestration Capabilities!
What do you like best about the product?
Insights are custom to your needs and specific to your business because you are in control of the building process.
Display Advertising is so easy to use, targeting is as granular as you want it to be and altering account lists is easy and almost inmediate vs other advertising platforms like LinkedIn.
The Customized landing page capabilities are great and you don´t need an extra platform to do it, it´s included!
Customer support is amazing, our assigned Senior Technical Consultant has been crucial for the success of our ABM program in Demandbase

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that you can´t add more than one intent list (of your already existing) to a campaign .. if you want to cover intent topics that are in more than one of your lists you have to create a new one with all. But at the end of the day, you can work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility on Marketing Attribution and Valuable insights to sellers when prospecting
Demandbase is an essential tool for reaching potential customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows us to use CRM data to build machine learning models. I also like that it offers really powerful intent tracking to prioritize accounts. Plus, it has allowed us to simplify our forms without leaving out information necessary for the sales team to qualify the lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase is the best web targeting and optimization platform I have ever used, the experience has been incredible. I have not had any problems, adapting was a fairly simple process for all team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to continually take an account-specific approach to sales and marketing and has given us the ability to create propensity models specific to our global regions. Thanks to this platform we have seen an increase in visits to the website after advertising in targeted accounts.
Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to upload assets and many more features!
What do you like best about the product?
The real-time measurement and reporting features are simply outstanding. I like it because it simply solves all the problems of content syndication, enrichment, events. With the Demandbase One platform we can capture leads at scale automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tedious to have to make the same edits to dozens of sources. Also, reports could be easier to use. Setting them up and modifying them is time-consuming and not very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful that the platform verifies that potential customers are not already in our system. And it was very helpful that the Demandbase One team fully trained us on their platform and explained the basics of everything that needs to be done to get the system working properly.
They are incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all questions with expertise and efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard offered by Demandbase One is a starndout feature. It is intuitive and provides comprehensive insights, making it easy to track the progress and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Demandbase One makes it easy to understand the role your content plays in driving conversions on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that the service doesn't include complex reporting or personalized customer support. And I find that it can take time and effort to fully understand how to use all of its features and get the most out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One integrates with a wide range of marketing tools and platforms. It also allows us to capture leads when people land on a particular page or scroll for a certain amount of time.
The various types of marketing analysis that are very difficult to achieve in any other system
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has allowed us to run small scale tests that we weren't able to do before. The user interface is clear and simple, their customer service is excellent. The people at Demandbase One are very helpful and make sure I have everything I need to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not happy that promised features and updates aren't delivered on time. I wish the reporting wasn't limited to the pre-sales stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Demandbase One we can visualize and report on data that would be nearly impossible to collect on our own. It's a very useful tool because of its features, such as being easy to use, easy to set up and get up and running after a short start-up.

What do you like best about the product?
Their support is very responsive and they have some of the best salespeople I've ever done business with. With Demandbase One, I can reach the right person with more personalized messages and spend money where it matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to manually edit user licenses. There are also some frustrating aspects of campaign management that I think could be rethought to help streamline that process. I also wish there was even more data to display in some sort of dashboard.

Demandbase One is designed to handle large amounts of data and deliver optimized experiences across all web browsers. The staff at Demandbase One has always been very friendly and helpful, regardless of the need.
Best ABX Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing operations professional, I found Demandbase One's integration capabilities to be highly efficient. The platform's real-time account engagement data is invaluable, and the intent data has proven to be exceptionally accurate. The ability to target companies through ABX Advertising is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the Google Ads integration within Demandbase One was challenging. For the first-time ABX & platform user, it's an overwhelming experience as the platform provides way too many data points, making it difficult to identify and prioritize relevant information for actionable insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase's account activity and intent data have been instrumental in our ABM efforts. These insights have also influenced our SEO and paid search strategies.
Super Useful for ABM Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's super useful to send out ads based on customer lists and keywords. It's also integrated to create lists for social and email ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little hard to use - it would be recommended to have an "owner" of the system and that be their only role.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out ads to account lists and re-marketing to them via other platforms
Powerful DSP
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One makes it easy to target display ads based on very specific criteria. I love the integration with SFDC and Marketo becuase we can enhance campaign performance and conversion acceleration through the marketing funnel by targeting specific accounts and people with the same content we're emailing. The reporting is very helpful for our sales team as well to identify accounts that haven't had any sales touches in a certain amount of time but they have been qualified by marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the reporting can be compelling, I'm am sometimes skeptical in terms of influenced revenue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One provides a unique way to target ads from an ABM standpoint. It helps immensely with brand awareness and building trust with a specific audience that may be unfamiliar with our brand. This ultimately benefits our sales team with increased conversion rates when we're able to target accounts before they reach out because they already recognize our company name. Demandbase One also helps facilitate collaboration between marketing and sales to ensure we're targeting the right accounts and influencing them to be more active on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Demandbase One team works with you and supports you in your business needs from the first sales call. Demandbase One support responds very quickly, you always know the status of your ticket, and they seem happy to help you when you need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't like the user experience because it's not very intuitive. But once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. Other than that, both the platform and the team have been very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting lists and running targeted programs is easy, and the platform allows you to see results in multiple ways. Communication and training have been excellent and ensured a smooth transition and launch.
