What do you like best about the product?
Notifications everyday telling you which company is looking for your product or the same type of product you sell, see how many minutes they spent on your web site, where they clicked, ...
What do you dislike about the product?
not sure about it, but it could be nice to have an integration with SalesNav

i know in real time which company are looking for tools i sell, i see what subject they search informations about

What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are incredible- they are knowledgeable and always come with solutions for us to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to filter out repetitive alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase solves the issue we had of not knowing what ads/campaigns we were running were successful. We can measure how many clicks, how many different people see our content, etc.

Great for Target Account Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One has been a game-changer for running programmatic ad campaigns and helping our marketing team, business development reps, and account managers work smarter with target accounts. The account-level insights are super helpful for customizing outreach and re-engaging contacts who went quiet—especially by using competitive keywords. Plus, it’s really customizable, so we can set it up to fit exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup and implementation can be tough. It’s not a plug-and-play tool, and it takes some time to get everything working the way you want. But once it’s all set up, it’s totally worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One helps us get valuable insights into what our target accounts and individual contacts are doing on our website. This visibility makes it easier to understand their interests and engagement, so we can tailor our outreach and campaigns more effectively. It’s been a huge help in prioritizing accounts and focusing our efforts where they matter most.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports are amazing within the tool. The ease of implementation makes it super convenient to pool your information from your other marketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if you could sort the fields by what platform you are pulling from when creating within Demandbase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to see everything you need to about your visitors to your site in one place.

Wonderful stats on companies' activities

What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to use the platform to track not only companies we keep in Salesforce but also others which might be interested in our platform. Getting data into and out of Demandbase has not been a significant hurdle, and using it alongside data from other sources is not difficult.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the statistical calculations are abstracted and difficult to interpret. I'd like it if they were more front-and-center. The ideas are available in the documentation, but we have trouble determining exactly what is going on at a granular level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize the platform to calculate level of engagement, by account, on items which originate in many different sources. Intent Keyword lists, Form Fills, and others. Demandbase allows ingestion and tracking, and we've been able to set up manual scoring and account journeys through the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One's ability to provide granular insights and personalized targeting capabilities has significantly improved our lead generation and engagement rates,
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complex to set up and navigate, especially for users who are new to ABM platforms. Additionally, it may also require some technical expertise to leverage all of its advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying high-value accounts that fit our ideal customer profile as well as personalizing our marketing and sales outreach to engage target accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Demandbase is the push notifications of my clients that are actively looking into our products and services. It turns a cold call into a warm call by providing analytics into what the client is already interested in. I can even find the contact showing the interest in some cases! In the world of sales where timing is EVERYTHING. Demandbase gives us an intuitive approach to approaching our clients with the right products at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cumbersome to navigate and difficult to maximize all it can do. It should be more intuitive. Lots of screens look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me approach the right prospect while they are showing interest in our products.

What do you like best about the product?
I can always catch enough information about a company to know if they are a good prospect to target or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information for EMEA-HQ companies sometimes is not enough or the revenue is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a detailed summary of the financial status of a company, the size, the parent companies, and everything I need to know if they are our ICP.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly like the intent tool and it showing me the exact accounts and sometimes the exact contact I need to get in contact with. I also enjoy the way that they are laid out. The customer support is also very good with being fast and efficient in terms of reaching out to myself or other team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not the biggest fan of the UI at first but after some getting used to, it makes sense. The only thing that I would want, and its small, is to be able to open accounts/prospects into a new tab without losing my position on the other tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding intent in companies and using it to find prospects as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One drives my attention to where it's needed most, prospect intent. Rather a shotgun approach, each morning and I can see which of my prospects are coming to our site, researching related topics, etc., so that I know where to fish!
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have a dislike at the moment. Will come back and edit once I find one :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time is money, and the focused time Demandbase provides me with ensure my focus is on the right accounts/prospects.
