Easy to configure and create different user groups

What do you like best about the product?
It provides very robust data based on your prospects' intents, it offers a great way to get notified about specific alerts. Easey to use interface with many ways to visualize data, it's the simplest technology we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the platform data could be synchronized with our existing database. Some features can be difficult to find, the clues that appear are sometimes anonymous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become part of our daily routine, it is very easy to use. An obvious solution for any company that has a mix of clients. It has been a game changer for our GTM.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive. What I like most is how it helps us capture repeat visitors that we wouldn't normally see. Their customer support team is also a huge plus - they are always available and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about it. It's perfect for those who focus on email list growth and segmentation. Aside from the flexibility and quality of customization, that's probably the best part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers are very receptive to the possibilities it offers to boost ROI. I also love the customer journey tracking. Plus, you know who you are addressing instead of general company emails or Gmail.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most impactful feature is the ability to customize experiences by being able to create custom lists with many different filters or selectors. I also like the reporting aspect, which I think is great as our sales and marketing teams can easily measure our success by tracking engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main reasons I continue to use DemandBase is bacause it fits our needs perfectly and has allowed us to grow as a team. I love the customer service, it is excellent and we always receive the best support when we need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DemandBase is the holy grail of sales. It allows us to break down accounts into multiple stages based on the customer journey and target them with personalized ads.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to clear up our customer lists, it was able to track down profiles that I liked. It's saved me tons of time searching for data, it's been the most accurate tool I've used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't accept logins, some of the discarded profiles are not correct. Performing searches takes a long time sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with marketing segmentation from emails, it is much simpler than any other tool in terms of user flow. It helps to find contact details of their occupation, I am really impressed by the capability of the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed insights it provides on potential customers, this integration makes data analysis simple. Customer engagement is remarkably strong, I like that it pulls in new data in real time. The simplicity and effectiveness of the app the have built is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The extensive data provided can feel overwhelming, I would love for you to get more data from our lists. It would be an improvement if you could handle emails simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us determine the intent of visitors. It's been fantastic for sorting my contacts. We use it to find out who attended our online events. It's an incredibly easy tool to use. Saving valuable time searching for contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform allows me to better understand our customers and their specific interests. It is a great product to boost your outreach campaigns. Plus, the data on who visits your site is the most accurate I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are very generous with the number of leads, so I can't think of anything at the moment. You can also send emails to potential customers to find out how long they have viewed your content or website and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is very intuitive to set up and use on an ongoing basis. It does an excellent job of finding leads that have visited your website! In addition to the data being useful from an outbound perspective, it it also helpful in evaluating the performance of our marketing initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
Account-based marketing, which is the main focus of Demandbase is created well. It provides resources for tracking performance, customizing outreach, and identifying high-value accounts. The platform offers strong analytics and useful insights, and it connects nicely with other marketing and sales systems. It is accessible due to its user-friendly design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything per say. Maybe if they have more pricing options for smaller businesses too. Else, it can be a bit too pricy.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One was very easy to implement and I'm very pleased with the customer support. And I like that the ability to proactively engage with anonymous website visitors was a game changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a high price. I'm not saying it's not worth it, but when you're a small it can be a nuisance. Also, business intelligence data isn't always accurate, but that's how it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is an extremely easy-to-use business intelligence tool. It also gives us early visibility into the people and companies visiting our website and their engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides me and my sales teams with valuable data about prospect behavior and interests. It also allows me to target high-value accounts with personalized and relevant messages, making our campaigns more efficient.

I have nothing negative to say about this platform, it has performed incredibly well in the time we have used it, its operation has been a great help to our organization ensuring that sales and maketing are aligned and working towards the same goals.

We started using Demandbase One to drive revenue growth across our GTM team. It's also been a huge help our marketing and sales team, allowing us to track better than we could with our previous software, and it also allows us to prioritize accounts by tiers, allowing us to be more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface of the tool itself, it allows me to add labels and custom fields, dashboard views, and reports with great ease. One of its most valuable features for our organization has been the lead scoring setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product, as it has provided us with very valuable information for my team. I am very satisfied with all the results obtained thanks to the good functioning of this platform, it helps us to keep our objectives in mind.
