I think there is room for the platform to grow from a sales enablement side. I'd love to see Demandbase One for Sales provide more support to sales teams by adding AI features to help with sales outreach.

Sometimes the Predictable Scoring models need tweaking. Nothing major.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One has enabled us to easily access target account engagement & intent data in addition to providing us with a robust ABM advertising platform. It's very intuitive to use & navigate and there are lots of detailed trainings available. But what I like above all is the outstanding customer support. Any question or issue gets addressed quickly and thoroughly. Thanks to my wonderful Customer Success team I never have to stress or worry about anything ABM related!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't name any down sides! Many times when I thought "I wish they'd had this feature" and I mention it to the Demandbase team, it's been either already in development or planned for a future release!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is making customer engagement and intent data more transparent & actionable. It also enables us to set up account based advertising campaigns easily & effectively. We are in the process of integrating Demandbase with our CRM platform to make it more valueable for Sales as well.

Most of the times it takes too long to to load while navigating through the platform.

I like that it uses proprietary CRM data to build machine learning models and run ads on the platform to drive specific accounts into the sales funnel. It also steamlines our forms to optimize the experience for people trying to get information.

I have nothing negative to say about Demandbase. It has met our expectations and goals, we have seen an increase in our revenue and transaction size.

Demandbase offers very powerful intent tracking for prioritizing accounts. Using this platform has given us the ability to create propensity models specific to our global regions.
Best ABM Platform for SaaS Companies
What do you like best about the product?
Gives me all the information I need to know about our accounts, what webpages they are interacting with, what queries they are searching for etc. The customer service is pretty decent too and they answer all of our pressing questions.

A bit slow to load sometimes, but what platform is perfect?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is helping us accelerate our deals and topping our competition by staying in front of our prospects. We are able to deliver hard-hitting messages across hundreds of websites with our ads. We have noticed a high percentage of Lifted accounts across our various competitor ad campaigns and personalized ad campaigns and we are getting word from our prospects that they are seeing us on the web more often because of our ad campaigns. Our team has a lot of faith in the power of Demandbase's ABM platform and we look forward to being a customer for many more years to come.
The search function is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
With this tool, I get a good result by just entering a few keys. Plus, it uses a red light/green light system that lets you know right away what information is good and what information may have expired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think that many people do not have a verified email address that we can use, so it can be a bit frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional emails are available most of the time. It also gives me the ability to find email addresses and save time.

It gives me the information I need when I need it, I like that they tell you their level of trust on the different email addresses. I like the information that appears in the preview, the platform itself is intuitive and easy to use.

I haven't had any issues so far, I don't see any downsides to using the platform. the site is incredibly easy to use, there's really nothing I don't like.

It provides us with alternative routes to communicate with potential customers, it helped me a lot in getting the emails of potential customers. The data quality was significantly better compared to others.

It's true that this has improved lately and Demandbase One also doesn't charge for searches that don't provide verified information, which is great. But the search functions are sometimes complicated and unintuitive, and give results we don't expect.

Demanbase One is powerful tool that allows our organizations to search for social media profiles and contact information for individuals or companies. Additionally, finding specific individuals or companies is easy thank to its user-friendly interface and intuitive search options.

Powerful search capabilities streamline the process, I like their powerful search feature that automatically identifies profiles. They have a large contact database, it's a great tool for contact verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes contact information can be outdated, there are differences between searches on the platform. It's a bit difficult to navigate using the list button, the export function is a bit complicated.

You save a lot of time atfer using this tool, it helps you find contact details of many people easily. It is a way to access email addresses of contacts, it helps us find information about potential customers.
