Excellent platform to measure success by tracking interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is perfect for any type of user, it is very easy to use for beginners and those with prior knowledge of this type of software. I also leve the lead scoring and user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase has been excellent in very aspect, I have nothing negative to say. Overall, we are quite satisfied with the results obtained thanks to the operation of this tool, as it has provided us with very valuable information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase One is an absolute must-have tool for business struggling to understand which leads or accounts to prioritize. In our case, it helped us better understand our audiences and focus on our strongest target market.

Demandbase One is a powerful and user-friendly dashboard that provides clear and valuable insights.
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One is most helpful when pulling specific campaign data making it easy to analyze and comprehend the information to report and optimize each campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at this particular time with the current experience I have with Demandbase One.

The information it provides me and how it helps me manage who I reach out to. Rob Arena has been a great resource at Demandbase
What do you dislike about the product?
it will sometimes freeze when I use the Back button but it is easy to get back into
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase helps me determine what companies to reach out to. It provides me with a companies intent, if they have viewed one of our websites and also provides the contact information to reach out to
I am able to retrieve contact information from my most likely customers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see the results of my customer contact attempts as well as my customers trending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to find contacts not only by their tittle but also their specific focus within the organization. A retail organization will have a large volume of buyers however since they are not specific to their position within the organization it requires a lot of calling to narrow down weather the position is for the retail side of purchasing or the (in my case) the office side.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights that surging accounts provide me to call on customers that are considering Ricoh.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints at this time. DB's resources have been fantastic and the platform is easy to use!

Which accounts in Healthcare are not only surging, but have specific intent in related subjects.
Outstanding Product with Exceptional Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about the platform is its self-service functionality and intuitive user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a major dislike, so... this is truly a nitpick. Sometimes the system is a little klunky moving from different projects/features within the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary challenges it addresses include offering a solution for engaging customers who have not opted in to receive emails, as well as delivering targeted advertising in a measurable way that can be easily attributed to revenue.

Not being able to get back to my dashboard once I've looked deep into an organization. I always have to close and log back in fresh

seeing what organizations are looking at our business web pages and which pages they looked at
DB has been a helpful resource for my BDR team

My team has probably found the most value by far in identifying weekly accounts that are showing surges through keywords/web pages
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant complaints so far, we just started using the Sales Intelligence portion again which has been helpful

We are primarily utilizing DB for ABM campaigns that help the BDR team identify accounts that may be exhibiting buying signals
