What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy this tool is to use, especially when it comes to sending and tracking bulk emails. Additionally, its email enrichment, validation, and preparation features mean we don't have to switch to other platforms to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a wonderful experience, I have nothing negative to say. They have incredible customer service and a virtually nonexistent learning curve, making it easy to launch our campaigns in just one day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me stay on top of my accounts and build a workflow that incorporates various channels like email, phone calls, and LinkedIn. Thanks to these features, our sales process has become much more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how well Demandbase One integrates with our existing tech stack. It seamlessly becomes part of our systems, ensuring efficient operation without hiccup. What do you like best about the product?
It provides leads for our business operations

The leads it provides seem to be outdated and do not perform as well as other platforms with the same search criteria/parameters

It was supposed to solve our data needs, and it was fine in the beginning, but something changed in the last few years that has made it almost unusable for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that its tools are flexible enough to allow for very detailed edits. It also has templates and design tools for creating intuitive and easy-to-use presentations for me and my team. Furthermore, it allows for scheduling deliveries and offers good activity metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with this platform has been outstanding; I honestly have no complaints. The email features are excellent, making it easy for us to reach out and maintain contact with people who have viewed our presentations.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is a must-have if you're looking to deliver targeted messages to your audience and create an outstanding experience. What I appreciate most is how user-friendly it is, making it simple to launch new campaigns in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints at all about this tool. It’s truly impressive—very intuitive, with minimal jargon, making it easy to grasp. The account-based segmentation feature is excellent and does a great job of pinpointing high-purchase-intent accounts to focus on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped us enhance our segmentation, reach, and conversions by identifying high-intent accounts, allowing us to target them more effectively. Additionally, it enabled us to optimize the experience for users seeking information and to simplify our forms, all while ensuring that the sales team still receives the essential details needed to qualify leads and start more meaningful conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
The webpages that prospects are visiting. The intent page helps too, but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to wait 24 hours to see if someone specific looked up a doc or page. I get alerted through slack but I don't know who to best reach out to until the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving my challenge of gathering intent from my prospective companies. Especially after I talk to someone on the phone, it's nice to know that they researched my product afterwards. Shows interest.

I've been using Demandbase for over a year now, and it has become a very useful tool for helping me prospect into accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers aren't completely accurate, or they may still be in position. However, it does at least give me a starting point, which is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that it automatically organizes all of my engaged accounts into a list, saving me from the hassle of going back and forth to do this manually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to set up and learn, everything is quite intuitive. It's designed to manage customer journey tracking campaigns for leads, current customers, and even those who unsubscribe.

I have no complaints; the platform is intuitive and provides both free plans and reasonably priced packages based on the features you require. It has been extremely helpful in pinpointing our most important accounts and identifying the key individuals we need to reach out to.

I use nearly all of the product's features on a daily basis. Its advertising capabilities are outstanding and have enabled us to connect with the right audience. Additionally, it makes it possible for us to handle a greater number of email campaigns efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Demandbase One consolidates all of our data into a single platform, making it significantly easier for me to build lists compared to other tools like Salesforce and Marketo. This integration is particularly valuable as it streamlines the process of data compilation and analysis, enhancing efficiency in creating targeted marketing campaigns. I also enjoy the ease with which I can create orchestrations from these lists, making the collected information actionable. This functionality allows me to focus on accounts showing specific interest, such as those not currently our clients but who are exploring our entry-level products or visiting our pricing page. Demandbase One facilitates targeted advertising and direct outreach by integrating marketing communication strategies with the SDR team, proving itself to be a crucial tool in our marketing arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Demandbase One requires accessing each intent keyword set individually, making it difficult to view all keywords in one place or export them efficiently. This limitation hinders my ability to ensure all necessary keywords are set up accurately. Additionally, the inability to right-click links and open them in new tabs is frustrating, especially when working with account and person data tabs, as it forces me to replicate and navigate through different tabs unnecessarily. Furthermore, the initial setup of Demandbase One is not straightforward due to the many moving parts, particularly with data orchestration. Organizing data within the platform can be quite a challenge, even though it's not entirely Demandbase's fault, as it’s a common issue with data-reliant tools.

I use Demandbase One to gain marketing insights, create targeted lists based on intent for campaigns, understand account interests, and integrate insights into our retention strategy and outreach.
