New to DB but so far very impressed!
What do you like best about the product?
Having switched from a different ABM tool that was much simpler than DB, I was initially nervous about how many features there are and whether we would have the support we needed to set it up properly. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the tool is to learn and the level of support provided by the DB implementation team. From foundational set up to really specific reporting needs, their team was available every step of the way. We just started using it so only time will tell if it's worth the hefty price tag, but so far it's been able to meet all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of features with small nuances..Takes a minute to learn and set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us see how our multi-channel marketing campaigns and sales activities are influencing our target accounts and progressing sales opportunities.

The contact information is lacking at times, and when i submit feedback for approval, there are a lot of questions on the form that I don't have the answer to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to locate prospects to imitate them in a sequence for marketing and lead gen
Demandbase allows you to monitor interaction at the marketing and sales level
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is ideal for companies looking to invest in advertising, knowing they'll get a return. I like that it allows the marketing team to prioritize accounts based on engagement, present valuable insights to the sales team, and improve multi-contact follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing bad to say this platform. On the contrary, I'm delighted because Demandbase Allowed our campaigns to be more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to change our campaign strategies, and Demandbase provide the best solution. Not only is it based on our CRM data, but ir also has several out-of-the-box features that allow us to deliver and additional level of intent to our accounts.

Being able to understand what's top of mind for prospects

No ability to exclude roles from buying groups by title

DemandBase One helps our salesteam understand what's top of mind for prospects which means we're better able to prepare relevant resources ahead of time.
Visibility Like We've Never Had Before!
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase gives our team visibility to data points that have enabled us to prove ROI and truly partner with our sales organization. The flexibility in selectors, campaign setups, and reporting dashboards has allowed us to tailor the platform to our exact needs. We're now able to measure the impact of our campaigns in real-time to truly understand who engaging with us and how they're engaging with us. Thus, saving us time and boosting our confidence in the strategies we're deploying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase as a platform can be challenging to learn to navigate. Some of the commands and functionality within the platform are not very intuitive. Without the guidance of our Demandbase support team, setting up campaigns, creating lists, and standing up dashboards would be exceptionally challenging. We are learning through doing, but I'd say the learning curve for the platform use itself was steep. API data integrations setup have also been challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase is able to bridge a major gap between marketing and sales within our organization. We've been able to partner closely with sales to target the accounts they want to talk to. Through use of Demandbase's analytics, we're able to provide sales with highly qualified leads and intent information which sets them up to quickly make connections and close deals with key accounts. Our ability to target our content to exactly the right people within our key accounts and measure journey progression in real-time has enabled us to deliver cost-effective, high quality MQA's. The automation and orchestration capabilities save us time as well.
Great way to get an overview of a company
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to quickly see the company Revenue and Employee Count as they provide insight into their financial stability and spending capacity.
Company Write-Ups provide valuable context for my outreach. Understanding a company's business, industry, and target market allows you to tailor your messaging and demonstrate relevance.
Salesforce Integration helps with eamless integration eliminates the need to switch between platforms, saving time and reducing friction in your workflow.
I love getting the weekly insights for watchlist Frequently Viewe emails in my inbox as these give me ideas on new companies to call on and/or information on the ones I am working with

The downside to Demandbase is that I am finding so many of the contacts are no longer at the companies as their emails bounce back.

Nothing negative to mention so far, they're very good at addressing any issues or developing solutions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a background in digital marketing and love the data and insights Demandbase offers because it helps our team make highly relevant contacts. I also like that it allows me to easily see which geographic areas are interested in our products and whether or not they're engaging with our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we've been using this platform, we've achieved excellent, high-impact results for our organization. I have nothing negative to say about Demandbase One, it's allowed us to track audiences and personalize our interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Demandbase, our salespeople have access to information about potential and current customers, which has allowed them to act proactively.
Immediate ROI with Demandbase
What do you like best about the product?
We moved to Demandbase One from one of their competitor ABM Softwares. We had the other software for years and never saw any results, struggled to seamlessly navigate the UI, and the support from their team was awful.
Since moving to Demandbase not only has their sales team been so great, we've had more support from their account management, customer success, support, and implementation teams in 90 days than from our previous vendor in 2 years. They have all been very communicative, involved, helpful, and really set our team up for success in a short period of time.
I had used Demandbase One at a previous company about 3 years ago, and the updates are SO helpful, and we are seeing immediate wins! We've booked 17 meetings within the first 90 days (previously we had booked 8 in a full year), with 3 of which being in our top 5 biggest pipeline deals of 2025.
It's so easy to use that we've been able to see these results so quickly, and its seamlessly integrated into our Salesforce & Marketo instances (currently setting up SalesLoft integration). It's become the backbone of our BDR team, and the first platform we check everyday before we start our outreach.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us to navigate who to target and when. We have a horizontal market, which can become overwhelming when you can target anyone, to figure out who you should be targeting. It's helped us understand who is in Market and what they might be using or researching so we can reach out when it matters most.
Demandbase Implementation 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
We are still implementing so will update a review after a couple FQs usage, but the implementation process and support from the team has been top tier. We have a strong partnership with our customer success manager, account exec and technical manager and they have been very hands on during implementation to ensure we get the most out of the platform from GO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a limitation, but an element we did not realize while finalizing our BOM, you cannot pass curated audience lists into some third party tools without also having the personalization functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving into a more strategic ABM approach so Demandbase is a key tool to support out GTM strategy this year.
