Great research tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration with Salesforce.com, it makes it easy to import new leads with full details (saving time). We can run reports and export lists of people and companies defined by our requirements, great feature!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited coverage of Europe, InsideView is heavily US based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead research, we have had a higher response rate from emails, InsideView helps with email formats greatly. This is a great tool which I use n a daily basis. The connector between Insideview and Salesforce.com is something that makes my job a lot easier, fields are mapped, which means when data is imported we do not need to edit status', source, all those mandatory housekeeping jobs that take time away from other projects.
As InsideView is a tool where the users are able to update the data, real time, to ensure the information you are looking at is the most current/up-to-date is a fantastic feature. One of which enables us to find the people at the right level, department, role and location, get them into the system, over to sales and contacted within a short period of time. Our response rate has increased in use of InsideView. The sales team, although dubious at first, have took on this tool and use it on a day to day basis, searching for specific companies, roles and monitoring our competitors to ensure we stay on line, current, competitive and meet targets.

If you are in Europe only, consider the amount of data that is in Europe vs America.
InsideView Great SFDC Integration and Company Information
What do you like best about the product?
The company details are accurate and very easy to sync with SFDC. Contacts although not as robust or accurate are also easy to sync and it looks for duplicates prior to importing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Contact accuracy is lacking, if these guys combined with Zoominfo for contacts it would be the best solution on the planet for data! Also the need to de-dup accounts as several accounts have many of the same.
