What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can see the engagement with our contacts by Job Role and Job Level
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that they are very limited in their analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve whether or not we are reaching the right audience at the right time through all our different marketing efforts. And how to bridge our siloed efforts. I realize that Engagio ABM Analytics is great for our first issue, but not so much our second.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really make sure you define with ABM tool you are looking for (analytics, setting up campaigns, cross functional efforts, etc)

Excellent Research Tool For Sales Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is a great tool for sales prospecting.It contains company descriptions, revenue and number of employees, and includes phone numbers and names of employees by function. It is easily searchable and many employee email addresses are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some companies have very little usable information available and/or no contact names listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be able to find the right party contact to approach for sales prospecting and have a way to reach them by phone and preferably by email. InsideView has been a great help in allowing us to do this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try InsideView if you need a way to find the right party contact in an organization by job function and be able to reach them by phone or email. It's a great tool for this purpose and has high quality information and many email addresses available.

good product but inflated statistics

What do you like best about the product?
Some features are great.

The Engagio PlayMaker works really well for us and is able to help us draws up usage of over 60% of the sales team. Also, the Engagio L2A matching feature is good for some of our historical leads which got prioritized into the marketing funnel during the campaigns.

SFDC integration is done very well too. Mostly it only takes a few weeks to a couple of months before you can completely understand the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problems are plenty:

ABM campaigns have been more expensive for us than our traditional seasonal AdWords or inorganic lead acquisition strategies. I would put the overall efficiency at about 30-40%.

If you go slow on ABM then there is virtually nothing you have left to do with Engagio's product. Most of the insights can only be used if you want to adopt ABM fully. Would like to avoid if you are too early in the implementation cycle of ABM

Running targeted campaigns.
Driving personalized emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are bought into ABM and are seeing results from the approach then Engagio can help you improve on this (probably). Please avoid if you are looking to experiment with Engagio for ABM success, that is not the product can do.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the very straightforward platform your the playmaker. I like the multi-contact feature and analytic
What do you dislike about the product?
I just don't like the drag and drop option from the multi-contact page, I think we can make it better and more interactive. Drag and drop is an old style

The easy communication from the other department and easy to communicate our decision to make it on time

What do you like best about the product?
Loved the list building capabilities and quick and easy SFDC lead creation. Well done! Linkedin, news articles, and background on company makes it a one stop shop for prospecting for new clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reps used it, others did not. Those who did saw value those who didn't had other traditional rep prospecting techniques. From a holistic view the ROI was not seen with the sales tools budget as not many reps used it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rep prospecting and adding leads to SFDC database. Contact finding and potential new business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe there is a limited trial version which gives you an idea of what they can do. The ability to import a lead into SFDC is very easy and helpful.

When I used InsideView I found the data and information to be outdated or contain inaccurate information.

To easily find leads and opportunitoes

Look at other alternatives for market and Account intelligence data. InsideView has dated info.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView does a great job of continually updating their information. They always seem to have the most up-to-date info like employee count, compared to other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if it auto integrated with our marketing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding how many eligible employees a business has, it's also helpful with finding people within the organization.
