Best ABM Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features of Engagio make it easier for people outside of the marketing department to understand the metrics behind managing leads. It also helps the sales team see how their work reflected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking to an Engagio specialist can be time-consuming. Sometimes I wished there was just a documentation page I look up whenever I was having a technical issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a creative agency, it can be difficult to manage the many accounts and clients we deal with on a day today. Whenever I'm trying to find bottlenecks in closing deals, I always resort to the reporting function to better understand where the hiccups are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're into Salesforce, you'll love Engagio. If you love both of them, you can really make the best use of both systems between CRM and ABM marketing integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing the ABM in a different way than salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated better with Pardot and could import campaigns the same way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Engagio ABM analytics to determine the best accounts for sales to pursue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm still not sure the value of Engagio... I'm also evaluating Bright Funnel and I think it may be better.

Very easy to use software. However I do advise that you have your salfeforce data cleaned up before using.

The search functionalities take some time to get used to.

Great, Up To Date Information!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can quickly find up to date information on InsideView. It saves me tons of time and frustration when researching a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I "dislike" is when a company that I am researching is not provided in InsideView.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales, so being able to get detailed information on company contacts is a huge benefit. It helps me qualify an account before wasting their time by me having to make multiple phone calls to gather information.

An Excellent Sales Tool for Research and Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access the information. Whether it be researching a prospect or finding the right person to call. Being integrated with Salesforce helps. A couple of clicks and the contact is added to Salesforce. I find the information to be up to date
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more contacts per company. Not over the top, like LInkedIn, but more manager/director level. Other than that I find it to be user friendly. Sometimes you get bad/outdated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Determining whether or not a prospect is worth reaching out to. Who the correct contact to reach out to. News I can use as market intelligence when I speak to them. It has been beneficial in turning prospects into client.

Yes, ease of use, accurate information and integration. Used data.com and it was outdated.
InsideView is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in InsideView is the Social Insights. You can find quick news updates under the Overview tab, or dig a little deeper under Insights. Having recent news articles and social media updates all in one place is very convenient when it comes to sales!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not come across anything to dislike in InsideView. And that's saying something! :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one business problem I am solving with InsideView is cutting down on company research time before making a strategic sales call. There is so much information within InsideView! The biggest benefit I have experienced is having social updates from multiple social media platforms all in one place. Having recent news, blogs, Twitter, and Facebook updates really makes it easy to tailor my call to the person on the other end. For example: if they are a big Twitter user, I'll reference a recent tweet. For more professional calls, I will mention recent blogs or news articles. It really helps build rapport and develop lasting business relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend InsideView to anyone in business development. I have been doing business development in a few different industries for about 8 years - this tool is a differentiator to success for sure! I've already mentioned it to a few co-workers from my past and raved about the amount of knowledge available at your fingertips! It really helps cut down on time spent on company research.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to get the company description, Key decision maker names and addresses. Updated on an on-going basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all aspects of InsideView--it is very easy to use--there is nothing I dislike.

Getting to the right decision makers regarding our services. Biggest benefit is to find this person quickly.

Very pleased with the ease of use within SFDC and how quickly you can update your clients contacts

Ease of use within SFDC and able to quickly update the base information under contacts

There are zero issues I dislike within InsideView

quickly updating contacts within SFDC is a huge deal and when clients go dark many times it is due because contact information is stale
