Bit of a mixed bag
What do you like best about the product?
Support is good, been quick to try to resolve issues with usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited impact from product so far, not sure how differentiated it is

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple and intuitive way to connect traffic with visitors, and it provides a wealth of information about individuals. I like the ability to identify site visitors, it's very useful to understand the people who visit your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automations to act on leads, some direct integration would be nice. I'd love a login option other than code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to instantly find the highest-quality leads, the tool is very easy to use and implement. It allows you ro view your website visitors in real time, it's an excellent tool for identifying unknown visitors.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to set up. I like its ability to automate routine tasks. Information can be easily channeled, and it immediately provides a link to the person's profile. I like how easy it is to set up and get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any reason not to like some of this product's features, I love using the tool. I highly recommend it to any company looking to optimize its strategies.

It helps us identify the exact person, saving time and effort. This tool really does its job, it helps us create an instant connection with the potential client. I was able to obtain contact-level information from website visitors.
Excellent user adoption after implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up and use, it allows me to track at the user user level. It's intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, and I like the level of data presented by the platform. Providing information about what you're looking for gives us the information we need to gain valuable insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to complain about, I love this tool. There's nothing negative about the tool in my personal experience, everything has been very positive so far.

This saves me a lot of time and offers an effective solution for connecting with web traffic. It allows us to precisely tailor our marketing strategies and provides the data you need. It helps you see the incoming leads visiting your website.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurately target the accounts you want to go after. Easier than others. Metrics and data seem to be more accurate than in others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used through a partner, so not sure the negatives are about the system alone.

Customer marketing specifically. This helps show engaged accounts.
Great ABM tool

The orchestration with marketo and other platforms

Personal info not always available just account info on most so hard to move those don’t know down funnel
