Excellent Analysis of the results

What do you like best about the product?
We selected target accounts and started specific programs to see the results in 2017 when we implemented Engagio Analytics, we didn't have account-level visibility. Now we use it to see and assess the account outcome. We rely on Engagio to aggregate account engagement and conversion metrics, tell my team which programs and activities resonate with the accounts, visualize what an account's journey has been, aggregate known/anonymous contacts, and provide a complete picture of progress on target accounts. It is easy to implement, easy to use, and has offered acceptable visibility, based on the results of each account, which for us is unique and deserves individual tracking for the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making lists of accounts and editing them can be difficult to do. Sales enablement is not exactly easy either. To view Engagio data in SFDC, you need to download a Chrome extension. Unfortunately, getting sales to download a Chrome extension and use it is easier said than done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Go for it! Dedicate time to mapping your CRM and your Marketing Automation and prepare carefully for the Engagement Setup. Remember that an activity is different from an engagement.

Totally recommendable and suitable for all sales and marketing analysis departments.

Great performance manager for balanced asynchronous modes (ABM)

What do you like best about the product?
Present a desktop that allows combining data with different platforms and facilitates its management. In general, the user interface makes navigation quite easy. There is a plugin for Chrome that is quite useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no mobile application, which nowadays is quite necessary to have mobility in management. Additionally, we have found that it may fall short in aspects of security management and permissions. Some bugs have also appeared to us on some occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better management of marketing resources thanks to the analytics provided
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Although the management is not very complicated, it is recommended to have prior training to be able to get the most out of the software.

Great ABM product with great customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Engagio is great, it makes it easy to see what's happening with your target accounts (what they've done recently, how much time they've committed, etc.) and the impact of your marketing programs. It also provides an excellent way to track your qualified marketing accounts through the funnel view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Making lists of accounts and editing them can be difficult to do. Sales enablement is not exactly easy either. To view Engagio data in SFDC, you need to download a Chrome extension. Unfortunately, getting sales to download a Chrome extension and use it is easier said than done. Additionally, the extension appears as an annoying tab sticking out from the right side of your browser like a sore thumb. It's not exactly the best user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify which accounts have been compromised and which have not over time, where they are attractive (i.e., which web assets, which in-person events, etc.), who participates and at what level. We have been able to identify how many minutes on average are required to reach each stage of opportunity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are doing ABM and ABSD, you have to evaluate Engagio: excellent product, excellent people, and unique vision and direction.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track engagement minutes at the account and contact level and identify the most engaged accounts overall and by buying center.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect synchronization of contacts sometimes, especially when a contact changes company, which happens a lot in our target industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of being too generic (as in the case of Google Analytics). I can share things on a personal/account level instead of a generalized email that can be sent to a million people. With the personal touch, it invokes more responses.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it pulls all the company information together easier than me searching LinkedIn alone. I also like how you can sort to find more information. The viewing pane works well, and you can create a watch list for any changes at a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still missing some information, but better than nothing. They do keep refershing the data which helps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find contacts and company information and build a sales funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give this tool a test run they offer a flexible trial period.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong Performer, central to Zignal's ABM strategy. By incorporating holistic analytics and marketing orchestration into one powerful platform. We’re moving up market at BigPanda. Engagio is core to our new strategy of landing higher value accounts. Engagio fuels ABM-success across my entire go-to-market team
What do you dislike about the product?
Product is expensive and hard to set up initially. It does not give us rationalization at scale. But it allows us to easily manage our multi-channel and multi-player outreach, determine its impact, and get ROI from our ABM programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great in allowing us to clearly track marketing impact at our target accounts, I'd highly recommend Engagio to everyone doing ABM. Being able to measure/ compare plus score ENTIRELY the activity generated by an account is critical to our multi-channel ABM approach. Our target account's average deal size is nearly 2x larger than non-target accounts

It's incredibly intuitive, so you can get up and running very quickly

Powerful B2B ABM tool, but not so useful for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates with Google Analytics, easy to use, and your account managers are generally very helpful and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
DemandBase is on the pricier side, it also doesn't do a very good job with targeting smaller businesses (really only good for mid-to-large size businesses).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying what businesses visit your site and retargeting them with relevant content. Also good for on-site personalization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not something to use if you're a small business or looking to target other small businesses.

Sounds Great in Theory, Hard to Adopt

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView has a list of contacts for most companies which you can import into your CRM. It collects a lot of articles from around the web so you have data on most of your large accounts which you would be prospecting into.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many things about IV which I dislike. Some of these include the fact that it is tough to adopt. The insights and articles which it generates aren't very relevant. It's tough to find content to actually use.
Another thing is that you can't bulk export leads into your CRM such as SF.
Also, very little direct phone numbers for the contacts which are in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to find new articles and insights to use as reasons to engage with prospects. This sounds great in theory but it hasn't been adopted well as most of the insights aren't relevant.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering InsideView I'd make sure that your users are actually going to adopt the system and use the insights to help them sell. IV is more expensive than most other platforms. It's not a tool to be used to find new prospects, especially if you need direct dials.

What do you like best about the product?
Visual representation of account views c.f. heat maps.
Ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Single Sign-on support, ability to rename account lists and to save report filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Engagio within the sales dept.
It is mainly used to measure customer engagement on the website and what their behaviour was as well as recency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Engagio is best suited for companies that have long sales cycles, dealing with large accounts with multiple decision makers. In these cases, it really sings, letting you see what everyone at those accounts, regardless of whether they're contacts or leads in Salesforce, are interacting with.

What do you like best about the product?
It is mainly used to measure customer engagement on the website and what their behaviour was as well as recency. It is connected to Salesforce so you can immediately see opportunities, and if it is a good time to reach out again or adjust sales techniques.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it only shows up already existing clients that are obviously visiting the sites weekly because they are exisiting customers. However this could be a matter of adjusting the settings which is not done by the sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily reports sent by mail with new updates. Ramping up in a new and unfamiliar territory has been quicker thanks to Engagio showing me each week who in the territory is viewing what info.
