What do you like best about the product?
Engagio was very easy to implement and set up from technical perspective. The initial scoring required both sales and marketing teams to put their heads together and agree on the importance of marketing and sales activities. Once set up, the reporting is simple but Powerful. There are metrics that used to take a large amount of time and guesswork to put together these are distilled into customizable dashboards. Great lead to account matching logic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to establish initial baseline for MQA.
Updates in SFDC often take a nightly sync to appear in the app.
Only field used in account objects in SFDC ideally would be able to connect to the Domains per company.
As a result we miss some site traffic that can be seen in other technology.

Amazing insights into account behavior
What do you like best about the product?
The platform not only tells me what my target accounts are doing, it provides me with intent data on accounts that LOOK like them. It tells me what they're doing on my site; what they're searching for across the B2B web, and so on. It's an invaluable look into account-level behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the reporting I receive via email comes to me via Google Analystics reports, as opposed to nicely-formatted, clickable Demandbase reports. I hope this is on the product roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're now getting smarter about which accounts to go after, and who's actually ready to buy. The signals that Demandbase uncovers are a huge leap forward from old-school "demand gen".

Self-service & ease of use functionality for managing lists of accounts, segmentation & targeting.

That I can't get everything Demandbase offers in 1 product....there are multiple separate "products" to buy

Identifying what companies visit our website within our digital marketing reporting
Great Tool, but can be perfected
What do you like best about the product?
We are in E-Commerce business and Analytics is key to our success. We believe that ABM is a great tool for us to grow. We understand the functionality it provides but we have also discovered few areas that could be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionality is great but it is not the best tool to customize with our own in-house system. We like to integrate our systems with any tool we are using but ABM is probably not user-friendly in that regards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does provide us many great opportunities to grow, we are using ABM for our marketing capaigns and it's quite useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to find leads that you may not have had any idea existed previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if a lead comes in to unsubscribe, they count as a touch point. That being said you can remove this from happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads that are coming in, that previously the team was unaware of.

Gamechanger for our business
What do you like best about the product?
Engagio has opened our eyes on engagement, sales marketing alignment and driving the right touches to the right personas in our buying circles. Laying the right groundwork has allowed us to see significant ROI in year one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of work to clean and normalize data to get the accounts setup correct. That is more of an "us" problem than Engagio.

Sales and marketing alignment, proactivity around the accounts, deep understanding of who is doing what (on both our side and the accounts), decreasing time to close
ABM Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The daily, weekly, monthly reports are just fantastic and they help us a lot. It shows the interest, interaction and activity of everything within that report. It can be easily be integrated in our custom software so that we can see the analytics of our users easily and from anywhere. The customer support for this product is also quick and fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is relatively a new software so it's not perfect. UI and other stuff could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in deeply analyzing things that we couldn't do this easily before. Before we had to do a lot of processing but this has made it a lot easier. It tells us exactly how on track we are with our marketing and that helps us on how to improve our next campaign. Our target account's average deal size nearly doubled than before(when it was non-targeted audience)
