Great ABX Platform for enterprise marketing

What do you like best about the product?
AI Agents are transforming how we do work and providing new insights to improve pipeline generation. Helps unify sales and marketing. Provides solutions for complex segment challenges and targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Folder system doesn't allow for multi folders to have the same name even though they're in different parent folders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unifying sales and allowing us to solve complex segmentation and targeting challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
I have only been using Demandbase a short time, but so far I have experienced an intuitive interface and a logical user experience. The insights have been invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a relatively new user I am still exploring the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One helps us deliver an ABM strategy at scale. Identifying high intent accounts, nurturing them and passing to Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not really a dislike, it's more of a learning...connecting Demandbase to your CRM is more complicated than I have thought. You need to ensure that all the experts are in the room to make integration work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the right accounts to contact at the right time.

Flexible and productive platform for marketing and sales

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing and sales leader, Demandbase has been incredibly useful for both activating marketing and understanding the intent and activity on the website - which dovetails great into the SDR/BDR teams that I've run, where it's incredibly difficult to usually quantify and understand whether the activity that the sales team is doing is yielding the intended results.

Demandbase allows you to be able to achieve both of those aims and get better results all round.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously the interface was a bit clunky - but this has changed and I'd recommend definitely doing the integration to your CRM such as Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out how effective our marketing is - as well as enabling my SDR team to make the most of their outbound activity.

Platform is fantastic, integrations are solid and very user friendly

Not a huge amount, interface wasn't the smoothest when I was a user but it's come a long way in the last 5 years!!

Identifying new prospect accounts and feeding my sales team!

What do you like best about the product?
Datasets are really comprehensive, especially for international businesses. Onboarding was exceptional with so much help for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't really experienced anything negative on the platform yet. However, our team hasn't explored all components yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better targeting for our advertising spend. More comprehensive account research and overlaying of intent data with our 1st party data.

The "unknown" data in Europe due to GDPR
